    I have been going to this dealership since 2014! I have had many cars from there and they are the best! The staff and management are super friendly and easy to talk to. Service is even amazing too. Anytime I had a problem with my car I was able to get in right away! They have great deals and always willing to work with you!     This was another wonderful experience at Napleton. I've worked with Dion and Stephanie. Both are amazing, but this review is specifically for Stephanie. she was wonderful, very thoughtful, and made very good suggestions to accommodate all of our needs. She was knowledgeable about each vehicle we looked at. Stephanie even test drive a few prior to us coming in, and discovering one of the vehicles of our interest needed a bit more work, and she caught it excellent sales rep. The location is amazing; they give snacks and bottles of water and coffee. All the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about anything.

    I visited Napleton’s Valley Hyundai because my check engine light came on. I called for an appointment and was concerned about if it was safe. Before I even made an appointment, they gave me a service rep Mike to speak with to discuss the situation. Then they transferred me to Fernando in scheduling who was very helpful and understood the stress I was going through with my car repair situation. When I arrived for the first time at Napleton’s Valley Hyundai, I was greeted by Mike Manning who welcomed me and also understanding of my situation. While I waited Mike communicated with me as things were happening. Very polite and explained things so I could understand. I did have to return the car the next day, but Mike made arrangements so I didn’t have to miss work. I understand that when a check engine light comes on- it’s like going to the doctor with a fever. It could be 1in 1000 things. Everything is good now with my car. Thanks for such great customer and repair service!!!!!

    Elizabeth at Napelton Hyundai was the most honest and respectful automobile sales person I’ve ever worked with. She was very patient as I could not decide between two vehicles. There was no sales pressure from her or her manager Joe. I felt at home at this dealership and especially since I was dressed very casual not looking as if I could afford the cars I was looking at. They still took the time with me and treated me as if I was already approved for the loan. I really appreciated the way I was treated and would purchase another vehicle from them.

    Had a great experience when I had to come in for two recalls on my Hyundai. Mike Manning was fantastic and was very kind throughout the entire process. Called me a Lyft back and forth so it made it very easy to leave my car for a few hours, go back to work and then return later that day at my convenience. Everything was paid for and it made the entire experience 100% better. My two recalls were resolved so I don't have to worry. Thanks again!

    We are in the market to upgrade our SUV. Stephanie spent the afternoon with us letting us test drive a variety of larger SUVs. She was aware we were not intending to buy that day and still gave us just as much attention, making sure we understood the vehicles we were looking at. She never tried to pressure us to make a purchase that day which was so appreciated! It was a very positive experience and as we get closer to making our purchase, we intend to come back and do it with her.

    If you’re looking for a car… look here! Service is great and they are always working around the clock to help with all your needs. Make sure to ask for Lucero (Lucy) as your sales rep! She is so sweet and will do what she can for all of your needs. My family has bought two cars through her. The service she provides is great!!!

    Took my car in for a brake job. My service tech was Adam Gilliam. Adam did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done and why. He kept me informed the entire time my car was being worked on. There were no surprise costs and the job was done in a timely manner.     After testing the car we wanted at two other locations, we ended up purchasing from Napleton with the help of Jose Serrano and manager; B. Anderson. We started the experience with a fairly major miscommunication, but Mr. Anderson and Jose made all the efforts to accommodate us which led to a successful purchase. We left the dealership that day with the correct car we wanted, but with a couple optional items missing due to stock. These items were promptly resolved within the week. The thing that stood out is the responsiveness, atmosphere, down to the other customers. My 2 year old was there with us for 3 hours was happy and Jose was extremely patient. Debrah handled the financing swiftly and provided everything clearly during the process. Coming all the way from the city, it was worth an hour drive for this level of service and experience.

    Showed up for my service appointment with John Pearson at 8:30 and he got me right in. I needed shuttle service and he had a ride for me in 5 minutes. Called me earlier than expected and took the time to go over maintenance recommendations and pricing. Interestingly enough, the prices were more than fair and all my services were done before I expected. I never had to wonder what was going on as I was given updates without having to ask. Everybody was very friendly and John knows his stuff. Highly recommend you ask for John Pearson should you need anything.

    Luke Skwiot was our salesperson and our experience with him was excellent. No pressure, very knowledgeable, made good suggestions. Love the new Tucson that we purchased. However, I was disappointed that the dealership management excluded Luke from the negotiation of the final price. His suggested price was ignored; I believe his input would be valuable; it impacts his commission so he should have a say. To establish a relationship based on trust with the salesperson, only to have that discarded in setting the final cost of the car is, I hold, inferior customer service. We still finalized the deal, but it was harder, took longer, and was frustrating at times without Luke.

    I bought a used car almost a year ago here. It was advertised at a certain price. When we went to talk to sales they told me they had mandated add ons such as a lo jack type system and wheel protection that I could not take off ( I did not know this was illegal for them to do at the time). I negotiated the price down a little but did not want these items. Little did I know they were further padding some additional cost to me when I went to meet with the sales manager and I thought everything was matching the prices I had talked about with the salesman. A day or 2 later I was looking over the paperwork and realized they had overcharged me to the tune of around $1,500.00. I immediately drove to the dealership and was met by a manager at the door. When I told him I wanted to talk to the sales manager he asked what about. I told him and he asked me if I had signed the contract and said it really didn’t matter what all the negotiations were up to that point I signed with the sales manager. Well I met with the sales manager in a little bit and told him what happened. He immediately blamed the salesman and said he just worked up the final contract. My savings grace was the salesman’s notes were in the file and matched what I said. The sales manager apologized and took the extra money off the contract. Had I not been persistent and caught them in the act it seems this is a very common scam they run based on the daily herald article I read today that they settled a lawsuit alleging the same type of behavior. BEWARE!!!

    Luke did a great job pointing out all the new features of the Tucson (I was trading in my 2020 Tucson so I was familiar with the quality of a Hyundai).     I've had a wonderful time at this dealership. I gave Joseph Honorow, the sales consultant that helped me, exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and he showed me two seperate vehicles that were near perfect to what I needed. He was a tremendous help with the process that followed. As a first time buyer, I was uninformed on certain subjects, and he was able to provide information clearly, which gave me a better understanding during the process. The general manager, Dmitry, was also a great help by ensuring all of the paperwork was a smooth process and was also able to answer any question that we had.

    My overall experience was great. I bought my first car at this place back in 2008. While the name has changed and the sales person who helped me was different, the experience didn't disappoint me. Giovanni, my sales consultant, was very nice, listened to what I think was important to me in the purchase, he explained all the main features of the car very patient while being very respectful and courteous.     Terrible experience with this dealer.I made an appointment a night before to see one of the Elantras that they had for sale.Offered them 1000$ deposit just to hold the car for me They said they don’t take any deposits it is OK understandable…. When I got there next day my car was sold already!!! I was very disappointed. However they offered me a different car, similar to what I had a little bit cheaper in red color.I test drove it .We went inside to see the numbers and the numbers ware shocking .. Car had mark up price plus other unnecessary staff that they make you to pay for it . I will attach the picture and you make your own opinion about this. My conclusion go buy BMW or Mercedes for money that you have to spend for Hyundai here .

    Dealership looked good up front until time to seal the deal. Major hidden fees on the final invoice. Was able to get two maintenance pkgs removed, but Dion refused to remove the substantial lojack fee which I did not ask for nor want. Claimed it was installed on vehicle so therefore I has to pay 989.00 for it. It was not listed as a feature. Dion was very high pressure, would not listen to me nor take no for an answer. He got flustered and became insulting and started degrading at the end. I wasted all day thinking I was buying a car from a reputable dealer.

Other than getting the car itself, having his assistance will be one of the best decisions ever!! I’ve had the honor of purchasing not one, not two, but 3 new and used vehicles with the help of Joe over the years and I couldn’t be happier. Joe isn’t just going to just sale you a car, he’ll make sure you and your purchase are provided the best care. Joe consistently goes above and beyond with his customers. During my most recent visit, Joe contacted me prior to keep me informed with any and all additional updates regarding my car of interest. He would advise me of any models that would arrive that meet my criteria, provide cost updates and general info on each car. He also went a step further and provided me pamphlets with additional information id requested. Joe not only helped me get my dream car but showed me many others that fit the bill that I didn’t know I would be into! Before my arrival he prepped each car for test drives, already had them pulled up to the front entrance AND personally washed each of them! Both of them were very friendly and helpful, my thanks to them. The environment here is very friendly nothing but good vibes. So happy I made one year driving my 2012 Toyota RAV4, happy with my purchase and excited to still drive my vehicle. The Service depart are also very friendly and helpful. Theres nobody you can trust more than these license mechanics. I've come here to do oil change's on my RAV4 and tire rotation. They'll take great care of your vehicle they even wash your vehicle after the service. I was surprised when I saw my car all washed up, I really appreciate them and handling the job. I am really happy with this dealership, these people are very good people. I am really glad I've came here.

    This dealership sales is one of the worst and most dishonest dealership I have ever seen. In their website the MSRP was published as 30k and when we went for making a deal, he is showing the market adjustment of 7k$ additional. When we asked for that, he is saying everywhere it’s 10k more, we are only asking for 7k. When we wanted to walk out , their sales Manager was trying to show some trickery numbers and trying to make us sign the deal. Sales Manager Jason was pushy and rushed us to sign the deal without even being transparent about the numbers. At one point , we were kind of scared by the way he behaved with us. Beware of this dealership.

    My family has had a horrible experience with this dealership for the better part of a year. My father purchased a Hyundai Sante Fe from this dealership 4 years ago. A little over 9 months ago the vehicle began burning though the oil very quickly, well before an oil change was due. We took the vehicle in to Napleton Valley Hyundai dealership after our personal mechanic suggested it might be a faulty motor and it should still be under warranty. The Service Center initially said they had to do a 2 part oil change/test to determine if the issue was the oil/motor. They failed to inform my father that he was going to have to pay for these oil changes, nevertheless, he did pay. He was instructed to return after so many miles so they could check the oil level and run the test again. When he returned for the 2nd test, he was told that they actually needed to run this "test" three times and that he would need to return once more to have the oil changed and levels checked. Each time they changed the oil, the vehicle continued burning through it at a faster rate than normal. My father checks the oil level after every oil change and realized after the last oil change about a month and half ago, that they overfilled it. Well, lo and behold, upon his return yesterday they informed him that the vehicle passed their test, and because it still had enough oil, they would not be honoring their "powertrain warranty" and replacing the motor on the vehicle, despite the fact that the first 2 times it failed the motor oil test and there was hardly any oil left when it was checked. So that's two failed tests, and 1 "passed" test. This is a pretty sneaky way of dodging their responsibilities, saving themselves some money, and leaving the consumer on the hook for fixing this car. Apparently, Napleton Valley Hyundai does not stand behind their vehicles and are unwilling to make good on their warranties, so buyers BEWARE! This doesn't even take into account the amount of misinformation they provided after each appointment, the amount of run around they gave him each time he was there, and confusion they created with their blatant miscommunication errors every time an appointment was scheduled. Suffice it to say, the technicians and managers there have their own policies on how appointments are made, whether or not a loaner is available, and when/how the work will actually be done. Stay away from this dealership as their customer service only goes as far as selling you the vehicle and getting you out the door.

    I realize this is a sellers market but the lack of communication and response at this dealer is ridiculous. Had multiple emails and voicemails go unanswered. I finally got a hold of someone who was looking for a vehicle for me and they never responded. I eventually bought the two cars at a nearby dealer.     Jason is the kindest and most helpful service advisor! I needed my brake lights fixed and not only did I get my car back the same weekend, he educated me about other necessary repairs.     They had the best priced vehicle however they did have hidden fees which I did not like. The vehicle was in very good condition, compared to everything else online it was priced great. As with every used vehicle, there will be issues here and there. They were awesome enough to change the rear rotors and brake pads, along with fixing the broken latch on the center console. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of their hidden fees. After the credit pull, they bring out a sheet discussing monthly payment options and fees. These fees include a mandatory $1499 for an interior protection package, and a mandatory $799 for low jack. As stated by the dealership, they don’t add these to the price online because they need to be competitive. To me, that’s false advertising or a bait and switch if you are advertising a price that something can not be purchased for. The salesman Gilbert was great, we worked out the fees and came to an agreement. I didn’t pay for the interior protection package but I did still have to pay for the Low Jack since it was already installed. Finance was great, Brian was SUPER helpful and got us a rate that I never thought was possible on a used vehicle. The rate was so amazing that we ended up going with 48 months instead of 60. Overall I would buy a vehicle from them again. Their pre-sales safety inspections insure the vehicles are in great shape before leaving the lot, the managers and salesmen are super down to earth and they have a big selection of new and used cars and trucks.

    I’ve purchased many vehicles in the past but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. I come from a sales background, and previously sold cars so I’ll tell you my consultant, Jordan, is one of the best I’ve seen. He’s not pushy and genuinely cares for your concerns and your needs. He won’t try to steer you in another direction just to get the sale. Even after purchasing the vehicle Jordan follows up with me 72 hours later to make sure everything is still going well, most dealers just want you gone after the purchase but not this guy. Also - his previous customers even came up too me while waiting for their cars to be serviced to reiterate how professional he is. I can’t leave this review without also praising Mike from finance, he reviewed multiple options with me from different banks to make sure I was at the monthly payment I wanted. His relationships within those banks are at a very high level. With Jordan and Mike together - I guarantee you’ll have the best purchase experience possible. Don’t hesitate to go straight to these two. Overall 11/10 experience for me!

    We had not planned to have this be our first stop of the car shopping day we had planned but I am so glad we did. Jordan was so helpful and listened to what we wanted and showed us amazing cars. He was patient with us as we explained our likes and dislikes and never once rushed us even though they were unbelievably busy. Jason also was a huge help in getting us an amazing deal on our car.     Joshua was very helpful! He knew my time was valuable and made sure that everything went smoothly and quickly! UPDATE: I know why Joshua gave me the hard, fast sell. He wanted to make a sale without regard for the safety of the vehicle. A few days after they let me take the car home I get a phone call saying that they needed to replace one part that was on back order. Turns out that there was a bunch of stuff that needed to be fixed on this car. They did repair that one thing but also did a bunch of other repairs. This was at no cost, which was good for my wallet, but I did feel like I was allowed to take a car that wasn’t ready to be sold. AS IS should still mean safe to drive. Sure enough, this past weekend I ended up getting stranded on the side of the highway at night by myself in the middle of nowhere because of a faulty computer sensor. After talking to the dealership they refused to acknowledge that they missed anything when they did their used car check. I have to drive across state with this car again this weekend. I’m praying that I can make it to my destination and back home safely. I definitely won’t be going there again.

    The sales people are all fine and the buying process went well. After the purchase I noticed a rattle in steering wheel while driving, it is very annoying. After taking it back they said they would not be able to get to it for over a month because they are so busy. That is really sad when I had just purchased the vehicle. Just be careful with theses guys! They do try to push all the extra money items at the time of the sell as well (they must have a deal with LoJack because they push it hard). I guess it is OK to buy there but service after the sale will NOT be there.

    I purchased my first Hyundai here in September 2021 after seeing a Sonata online. The sales department did a great job. Washed the car prior to test drive and the salesman was outstanding, and even a white sox fan. I ended up purchasing the car the next. Now the poor parts. They automatically install the Lo Jack system on the cars and pass off the cost to their customers to make money. They also upcharge the 3m door guards which Amazon sells for 20$. Now for the service department. Since I purchased the car there was an open recall on the trunk latch. They called me 2 months after purchase, November or so to try and schedule the repair. Well due to some military obligations and work schedule I couldn't get it to the dealer until this past week. Granted they have been calling me and calling me to get this scheduled almost on a bi weekly bases. The appointment day- I arrived right on time and parked outside in the lot. My first time here granted. Walked inside and met a very unpleasant and disgruntled employee. Didnt even make eye contact with me or welcome me. Said "if your here for service pull your car in the bay left side door it opens by itself". Great! Nice to meet you too!. I pulled my car in and gave Mr Personality my name and appointment time. He said the recall couldn't be completed that day because they have to inspect the car first and order the parts. He said they could do the oil change and tire rotation and said it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. I told him they should know the car I have BECAUSE I JUST PURCHASED IT FROM THEM 4 MONTHS AGO!. He ignored that and pointed to the window that said oil changes take 1.5 hours to complete and recalls take 3 hours. Great. I asked to speak with a Manger about the quality of the customer service. Granted none of them were covering their face with masks. 2 were eating lunch on the counter and one guy was playing on his phone. The manager was a little more tolerable but kept saying "I'm sorry I'm sorry" but not offering any better solutions. The waiting room was packed. The coffee was empty. The snacks were empty. While there the salesman i had 4 months ago walked by and happened to recognize me. I was shocked. He asked how everything was going. I lied and said fine. He was very pleasant. Even remember I was a white sox fan. 2 hours on the dot the oil change was complete. Wow how does jiffy lube do it in 10 mins and the dealer in 2 hours? Hmm. Anyways. Upon check out the advisor, Mr Personality tried to sell me rear tires. Yeah sure does that take 4 hours to mount!? He then said they will call me when the trunk part was in. I told him I'll show up when I want to waste 3 more hours at their facility. He told me my car was outside in the cold to the right of the door. Why do I pull it inside for them and they leave it outside for me?? It was all the way in the back of the lot and took about 10 mins walking around hitting the panic button to find. Car wasn't washed ot vacuumed out. Apparently 30 degrees is too cold for their car wash to operate, however they were washing cars to sell them?. EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY disappointed Napleton. While sitting in the waiting room I was reading negative upon negative reviews on their lack of service dept. They obviously know about the poor service a do nothing to address it since the manager replies to the reviews and is aware of it . They continue to provide poor service. Sales is great buy your cars here and service elsewhere!!!

But once you bought it, you cannot get a decent treatment from them if you ask any questions about your agreement or if you go there for any services which is included in your package. Don’t ever fall for their Fraudlent marketing strategy. Don’t go to this dealership and waste your time and money.

    Hey add an issue with my 2014 Hyundai Equus. If you know anything about this make and model of car, you know that you need to take it to the dealership and not let a general mechanic try to figure it out. Had an issue with the radiator. Always covered under insurance and just had to pay minor few small fees. Considering the rarity of this car, they were still able to track down a brand new radiator within a few days and had it installed within a day. They kept in touch with me at every step. They let me know when they ordered the parts and what parts the order they called me again to tell me that the parts were in and when they would start working on the car and finally called me to let me know it was complete. Even the tow truck to get the car to the dealership was covered. At first I had a few issues with this dealership but this is stemming from years ago. They have greatly improved their customer service since then.

    We haven't purchased a vehicle for 9 years This is our 3rd SUV we purchased from Napleton Hyundai # 1 Hyundai dealer in the Midwest we've had our vehicles serviced here as well .. attentive employees... they give customers snacks Our salesperson Kattia Venegas explained different features of vehicles in detail SHE SMILES she is friendly & extremely personable Kattia asked about our lives our pets asked too see pics of our bird. We were told new vehicles are being sold above sticker price however we were not told about all the add ons like $400 floor mats $1000 locates a car if stolen $1000 gold experience + other services that were automatically added onto the contract until we decided we wanted to buy ( like rental cars with all their surcharges & fees) some services we didn't want we were told we had to pay for increases the selling price of the vehicle is quite frustrating info should be disclosed upfront or included in the price of the vehicle. We cannot fault Kattia as we don't know the sales polices and procedures Business Manager Debbie was very friendly & knowledgeable she gave us a deal on a warranty... We've never seen so many people at a car dealership at 1 time every single cubicle was filled with people today selling cars like hot commodities ...we were there about 4 hours from the time we arrived til we left with gong & honking with a different SUV! .... overall this is fantastic place to buy a vehicle!

    Bought a car here about a year ago. Began having coolant problems. I called the dealership and they told me it would be covered under warranty. However, they would not be able to work on my car for another week. I asked them for a loaner since I am a school teacher who works during the summer. They refused. So now I have NO car, can't get to work, and this dealership, who had no problem taking my money, refuses to give me a loaner because they don't have the staff to work on vehicles in a timely fashion. Terrible service after purchasing a vehicle from this location. Should something happen to me while driving my vehicle (which currently has coolant problems covered under warranty) my family and friends will know that Napleton Valley Hyundai refused to give me a loaner or offer to work on my car in a timely fashion.

    This dealership is amazing if either you are a hyundai owner or if you brought a car from this dealership. The staff is very friendly and speedy service overall. On March 11th, I went there to get a recall done on my 2018 Sonata SEL and Ron the service advisor was very cool and he underestimated the time from a few hours to being ready in under a hour which was awesome. Also the waiting room has lots of seating and plenty of refreshments for the wait. Would recommend if you're in the area. One of the best Hyundai dealerships I've been to recently.

    Bad scheduling.I bought my vehicle from this dealership . Scheduled my appointment for oil change and while waiting inside in que the staff told me that I don’t have an appointment. I had to call the manager and he listened to the previous recording when I did the appointment and the conversation proved I was correct. If you are planning to buy the Napleton package, make sure the vehicle will fit in their carwash or they will have to do it manually which is ridiculous because you have to schedule 2 days ahead of time and It will be a waste of time. I regret purchasing my vehicle at Napleton and won’t recommend to people that I know

    An 5k markup to the online price (window sticker price)it’s a total ripoff. I have zero respect to this kind of dealership. He looks in to your face and tell you that don’t look at the sticker price or posted online price because we will have to markup approximately $5k because it’s a high demand on new cars. I totally understand the market situation but this is ridiculous. Take the MSRP price and be fair. Not this dealership 🤷🏿‍♂️ they are so greedy to demand 5k extra for nothing. I know Hyundai manufacturing warned all the dealers about crazy markup pricing. Will spend some time and write an email to the Hyundai North American and inform about my experience!!!

    Sales mngr Jason Anderson will say anything to help You sign that contract. Example; he lowered his body stance and my salesperson Abbas Baker heard him, as did I. Keep my pymts on time, no miss and return to the dealership & theyd refinance my loan for a lesser amt. 6 months passed- all payments on time. He now says he never said such thing. My salesperson had cld me about 2 months prior, seeing how things were. I told him ok.waiting on 6 months to come. He was my witness. He’s no no longer with Napelton Hyundai!     My wife and I went in to purchase a new 2022 Tucson SEL Convenience Hybrid today. Giovani was great, he was very informative and is very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was very impressed. Unfortunately, like most places we visited they did not have a hybrid in stock but he had us test drive the non-hybrid version and we loved it. When we got back from the test drive he told us that they had one coming next month and asked if we would be willing to wait for it. We were and he and his manager crunched some numbers, the MSRP on that vehicle was $33k but their mark up was $10,0000.00 over MSRP. After taxes and and fees and all their addons the total out the door came out to over $57,000. I was floored and could not believe I was thinking it would be closer to $37k or $38k. Although Giovani is great at his job and knows his stuff, the price was outrageously HIGH. We ended up going to North Aurora and purchasing the same exact vehicle for $34K MSRP and out the door within our budget.

    If I could give zero stars they will get that very well deserved purchase vehicle which was 6k over fare market price when brought to management and financing attention response was we usually ask for 15k over they tried to pressure me into buying used at the same price brand new vehicle when asked how this could be response was senseless I knew they only tried to make a return on their loses for vehicle sitting without purchase my acquisition was made 3/24/22 @ 04/26/22 still no vehicle delivery date set for 04/19/22 answer for this was ETA doesn't guarantee arrival talked to 2 managers after getting into a shouting match with 1 and no results from other because I asked for some consideration for additional compensation for my inconvenience of spending 40+k at Hyundai dealership extremely disappointed and saddened about experience purchase was made for my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary and her support of me dealing with the loss of my mother on her birthday 04/20 she was instrumental in support for our relationship. After all of this it is now 05/15/22 no vehicle. My wife is beyond frustrated and bewildered on how can a dealership get away with such blatant disregard for a customer. I am also a disabled veteran member of the American Legion they can't help. Long story short this is a never ending nightmare. We been in touch with head management which he alleged Hyundai dealership board is aware of issue still nothing. It has only been futile offers not anything of relevance or true substance

    My family has had a horrible experience with this dealership for the better part of a year.  My father purchased a Hyundai Sante Fe from this dealership 4 years ago.  A little over 9 months ago the vehicle began burning though the oil very quickly, well before an oil change was due. We took the vehicle in to Napleton Valley Hyundai dealership  after our personal mechanic suggested it might be a faulty motor and it should still be under warranty.  The Service Center initially said they had to do a 2 part oil change/test to determine if the issue was the oil/motor.  They failed to inform my father that he was going to have to pay for these oil changes, nevertheless, he did pay.  He was instructed to return after so many miles so they could check the oil level and run the test again.  When he returned for the 2nd test, he was told that they actually needed to run  this "test" three times and that he would need to return once more to have the oil changed and levels checked.  Each time they changed the oil, the vehicle continued burning through it at a faster rate than normal.  My father checks the oil level after every oil change and realized after the last oil change about a month and half ago, that they overfilled it.  Well, lo and behold, upon his return yesterday they informed him that the vehicle passed their test, and because it still had enough oil, they would not be honoring their "powertrain warranty" and replacing the motor on the vehicle, despite the fact that the first 2 times it failed the motor oil test and there was hardly any oil left when it was checked.  So that's two failed tests, and 1 "passed" test. This is a pretty sneaky way of dodging their responsibilities, saving themselves some money, and leaving the consumer on the hook for fixing this car. Apparently, Napleton Valley Hyundai does not stand behind their vehicles and are unwilling to make good on their warranties, so buyers BEWARE! This doesn't even take into account the amount of misinformation they provided after each appointment, the amount of run around they gave him each time he was there, and confusion they created with their blatant miscommunication errors every time an appointment was scheduled.  Suffice it to say, the technicians and managers there have their own policies on how appointments are made, whether or not a loaner is available, and when/how the work will actually be done.   Stay away from this dealership as their customer service only goes as far as selling you the vehicle and getting you out the door.
