I walked in the currency exchange in west Chicago with 5 100 dollar bills. After waiting in line for 15 mins it was my turn. I dropped the 5 100 dollar bills in the slot and the lady asked me what do i want to do with them. I said i need them changed to smaller bills because no one will except hundred dollar bills. She started to go in the drawer and the lady next to her said she cant do that. They never gave me a reason why. I thought the sign out front said Currency Exchange. So still to this day i wonder. Did they not like me? Was i to dirty? Did they think the bills were fake? Ill never know! At the same time i will never go there again nor will I send anyone there! And this is your bad review!

They filed my car tax form wrong, and I got charge 1000 extra from dept of revenue.

I spoke to Miguel at the West Chicago currency exchange and I have a medical exemption not to wear a mask because of respiratory complications and he refused to give me service and demanded that I wear gloves which I refused because that’s even more contaminated. He was hostile even though it was very kind to him. Not a place you want to do business with there are other currency exchanges

Honestly, not sure how to approach a five star review for a currency exchange, but they always did what I needed without a hitch. I had them renew my tags in lieu of going to thre DMV. The employees are polite and knowledgeable. The process was quick.
