    My pls visit was completely amazing! Good customer service by miss Cynthia Garcia she made me feel really welcomed she made the loan process easy and quick no problem what’s so ever.she answered all my questions and responded with great answers and overall a place to feel safe and covered !

    If you want to borrow $1300 you will be paying back well over $3000 and even if you make your payments on time, they still call and hound you to please make your payment on time. If I didn't need the money at the time I would've never used this store. Lesson learned!

    My experience with the staff at PLS location on McLean in Elgin il.has been wonderful I've been a customer with them for years the staff is very welcoming and they greet you by first name which make you feel like family and not just a person who's just paying off a loan I will recommend my family and friends to their location at anytime.
