Currency Exchange/Auto License S Mclean Blvd, Elgin

Clerk helped me with my question. But had to wait in line longer than usual and only 1 other person besides me had a mask on. Not good with a pandemic still ongoing and the honor system doesn't work. The CDC just doesn't get it. Any business can choose on their own to require 😷

Great service from all the ladies. They are all sweet,friendly, and professional. Frances runs the office very well, and is very knowledgeable. They are all extremely efficient in their work.

Staff is rude, unknowledgeable and/or lazy. They couldn't complete my transaction and didn't have a reason why. I went to currency exchange on 31 and they took care of me quickly and professionally.

The lady working was rude and unprofessional tried to file a complaint and even they were rude and unprofessional the statement made “ well we been in business since 1942” as if they can’t be shut down due to lack of customers I know I’m not the only one who’s experience this even talking to the lady on the phone she continued to be condescending and malice towards me I hope this location suffers from the result of their lack of care and concern to their customers

Tellers are neither friendly nor rude. They just push you through as timely as they can. One thing I don't like is that they do not tell you how much the fee is and how much you're getting. They always say it's on the receipt. I'd prefer they count out the cash in front of me, before sending it through the slot. To avoid error and/or misunderstanding. The hours could be extended to compete with other Currency Exchanges in close proximity. Additionally, I think the fees are a bit too high. Make a profit, by all means, but don't stick it to us. We work hard for our money, and we come back often.

Rude an professional people They talk when they are doing the transactions and cause mistakes and make Mistake with the money because then not pay attention. The give $ 20 less in the change and she Said simple going yo call if I have let over By .by and the winner for this inefficiency Is Juana

Horrible customer service here. Not to mention the gouging prices they charge! I was trying to get a title transferred for a vehicle I purchased. And they send me away 3 different times to get different things. I understand one time. But how do you not tell me everything I need to come back with! And then they were very rude when I asked them why they didn’t tell me.

Only giving one star because zero isn't possible. Have had many occasions where tellers aren't properly trained and instead of finding out proper protocol, they just turn customers away. This is probably the least professional location in Elgin. Management should really step in and retrain properly.

Last night (3/3/2020) around 6:00pm - 7:40pm one of the ladies tried to charge me 390$ for transferring my motorcycle plates on my name. I asked her if the there was temporary plates and clearly and with that really bad attitude told No. “we don’t do temporary plates” I asked her why the price was so high and didn’t get any explanation besides “ that’s what it cost” Everybody knows that motorcycle with an Illinois tittle plates doesn’t cost that much... So my question is: where’s that over charge money going to ???
