Alma is extremely rude and short. I would never step to her window ever again. The rest of the ladies and the manager there are wonderful!

The ladies at this location are amazing. They are So helpful and knowledgeable. I’m always treated with promptness and respect. They know me when I come in and are super friendly.

Some of the employees are great, the one bigger female with glasses is very rude. Can’t even have small talk with her. Change your attitude big girl.

Be careful here they skimmed $10 off my cash. She forgot to give me a $10 bill and smiled as she gave me my money. Transaction 1/22/22- 10:28. Cameras will show she didn't give me a 10.

I don't know how some of these people say they've had good customer service from this place when the "ladies" from this place are sooo rude and disrespectful​! The one and only time I went I was treated badly. The lady had so much attitude when "helping" me and when I would ask her a question she would roll her eyes. Before I left I told her that if she didn't like her job she should get a new one cause she was so rude, and she told me if I didn't like how I was being treated, to never go back! Trust me I will NEVER be going back!!!

We would have been better off going to the DMV for car registration. An hour and a half wait for a sticker is completely unacceptable. Especially for the time of day. The employees move at the speed of a sloth on downers.

Although I got what I needed to get done quick enough for me not to be too annoyed there was no sense of friendliness that would want to go come back because I had a bland and depressing experience. I felt like I wanted to leave when I walked in. The space wasn’t inviting at all. You scream business and boring office place and sadness and not joy, happiness, and spot on service. The lady looked like she hated her job and spoke sort of rude and vague making me uncomfortable the whole time there and she spelled my name wrong. I really wanted to leave but also needed my money. I’m definitely not coming back and would rather go to Walmart or some other currency exchange down the street and around the corner by JJ peppers that has better service where people don’t send a depressing vibe to you making you feel depressed and sad and uninvited. I take business classes and it seems like you guys need some service tuning up to do and need to change the look as a whole of the store from depressing to inviting. Like i said I’m happy I didn’t have to spend a life time in your store and was able to get out as quick as possible.

I have done business with this currency for over ten years, I know most of the people personally. We share picture of our families and they always go the extra mile. I consider them friends and family.
