I went in the loan store and asked them what I needed to get a loan and was handed a pamphlet not spoken to . They ask you for your personal info without telling you why or what their going to do with all this personal info that I am giving them. Not till I asked for my stuff back and walked out did they want to tell me why . Shady business they dont tell you what your getting into.

I’ve been going to this location for almost 3yrs, love the staff, always the best service! Jose is one of the best you have there and Tanysa (sp?) the Store Manager is amazing! Keep doing what you’re doing because I couldn’t see going any where else!

My experience with pls loans was amazing went in ..was greeted with smiles, asking for the loan was a bit nervous but Nora talked with me thru it within 20 mins was approved for more than I needed ..this is the place to go !!! Thanks Nora and pls staff 😉

When it comes to customer service the staff at payday loans set the bar and go above and beyond!!! With their professional fast and friendly service! They were very welcoming broke everything down for me took care of my needs and got me on my way and then followed up with me to make sure I was taking care of and happy with their service and if there was anything else that they could do for me!
