We did a new purchase and a refinance with PLB Lending in the past 6 years. Patty and her team were efficient with the process and requirements/docs needed. Being self employed and getting a mortgage can be a "huge" hassle. But, they handled it so well that I didn't have the dreaded doc "blizzard" needed to finish the loans/refinance.
