Don't submit an online estimate form for a rate where 100 callers will contact you. It differs from the quoted rate. Call capital lending; they are excellent and non-deceptive. The didn't harness me either. The method was fairly simple.

Great Lender. I call them to do a cash out refi. It was great service no pressure at all. They didn't call me a hundred times a day. There was no run a round. The reviews are correct. I would give them a 10 star if i could.
