    I drove 45 minutes to see the Jeep because they had the best price online. They gave me a little bit of a discount so that I could feel like I won. The Jeep had a little scratch on the rear bumper that they promised to buff out and they did upon delivery. They also gave me a full tank of gas like they promised which was huge for me. There was Zero hiccups in this purchase and I am a very hard customer to please. Calvin was my salesperson he was sincere and honest and he did a good job.

    I am so disappointed with the service received there just because they can not duplicate or verify the problem I am having. They apparently do not care about the consumer saying their hands are tied with Chrysler. My heat goes out 45 minutes into a drive which I do often for my work, and cold air blows out and my feet and hands freeze! They have had my truck for 3 days it is 18 months old. I was not offered a loaner or any compensation for the tank of gas they have used or the miles I am over my lease I am paying for. Their only solution is to keep it over the weekend and try again on Monday or they suggest I get my truck and call if the problem happens again. It happened 100% of the time! It is a real issue and they DO NOT CARE!

    My Jeep Grand Cherokee was in an accident and required body work. I took it to the body shop at Jim Riehl in Romeo. I was really impressed with the quality of the repairs and the level of customer service. It is rare these days, but Randy , the body shop manager, kept me updated with the status, shared information about the components being replaced and repaired. He actually cared about the quality of the workmanship of his team. When I got the vehicle back at the end, it looked exactly as it was when it was new. To Randy and his team, Keep up the great work ! Thank you !

    Went to look at a “new” Jeep Grand Cherokee L as it said on their website. When I arrived, the vehicle is not new and has 3600 miles on it. I was told the manager has been driving it. I still considered it and the dealer tried to sell the vehicle at MSRP. Ridiculous. Would not recommend this place. Shady practices and salesman was not friendly and did not care to sell anything.

    Went in with a fueling issue and was quoted replacing a fuel pump even though there was a TSB out for the gas tank and filler neck for this exact issue. When I walked in I was told that there were no TSBs or recalls on the truck. Most incompetent dealer I've found

    I was very impressed with the service here. On my way to the airport my jeep stopped accelerating. Scary indeed! All the jeep service shops were booked, but Brad and the shop were willing to look at the car same day. They got it fixed in about 36 hours which was amazing. I had to cancel my vacation, but I am so happy to have found a service center with such nice and helpful people. Big thanks to Brad and those who worked on my car. Thanks for helping me with my car emergency!

    My husband and I were shopping around the area for a newer vehicle and stopped by Jim Riehl's to take a look. Calvin was so helpful when it came to questions about what vehicle we wanted. He was also patient with our changing work schedule and kept an open line of communication which helped in the process of buying a vehicle. Calvin was honest with us and told us what he thought would be better suited for our needs, instead of trying to sell us a bigger and more expensive vehicle based on what we told him we were looking for. We test drove a 2020 Jeep and liked it, but Calvin found us another vehicle to try out, same model - same year, with a few more features for a better price. We liked the second vehicle even better! I will always suggest this place before all others to anyone looking for a car and will always pass Calvin's name along with it. I am so happy with the service here and the vehicle I got!

    I have just recently bought a 2018 Dodge Challenger R/T and have been have the time of my life with it. The Jim Riehls Friendly dealership got me a great interest rate for only being 19 and financing my new Challenger on my own. They also threw on a set of tires before I left the lot with it and filled my gas. While I was buying the car they explained everything about my plan and what it covers. The warranty’s they provided are amazing and made me feel much better about buying the car. Overall was a great experience and now I have a Challenger R/T at 19!

    Don Hitnz sold us our last few vehicles. Our last one he ordered in September and we had it in December. He has me driving it the day it came in. Just talked to him again because he followed up with my wife on her ending lease. Can't wait to get another car soon from Don. We.wont even talk to other dealers.     Drive almost 2 hours to purchase a car from the dealership. They were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Never once felt pressured. Austin was our salesman, he was on the ball with everything from pricing, to documents we needed and was a pleasure to just talk with. Just a great experience all around.     Had the best experience coming here! I feel like this is the experience you should have and be given when buying a car! I was having the worst luck with my last car being in the shop a month, everything was not going my way automotive wise. I stumbled across a beautiful car here and felt all odds were against me. Took my chance and drove out. Was so lucky to be helped by Calvin N. He made it ssssoooooo easy to go through the process. Yet I was still skeptical. I have the test drive and then the paperwork still… Test drive was beautiful, now let’s see what the numbers say…. Instead of sitting around waiting, Calvin suggested I go get lunch while they handle the paperwork. Which I was starving at the time, so great! Calvin called me back, made it back worrying about being denied some kind of way, he tells me it’s already done! Go back and see Kevin (the numbers guy). Kevin was incredibly nice. Both (Calvin/Kevin) supper knowledgeable answered every question concern I had. Never had such a seamless experience at a dealership. Staff and environment is great!
