ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THESE PEOPLE! They reported to the credit bureau that I have not made a payment in 60 - 90 days. Dropped my credit score nearly 70 points. I called them immediately, sent in all bank statements, and 2 months later still NOT fixed. Every time I call they say they will send an email to get it fixed, they will make phone calls, they will have it fixed no later than blank day. It is a joke! DO NOT recommend even the slightest!

My.credit report lacks all of the ON TIME PAYMENTS I've made. NOT ONE LATE PAYMENT FROM ME EVER! After not reporting for 5 months I called, and now they are reporting to ONE credit agency. I make my payments on time for a reason to help my credit not hinder it. Other than that the staff is always nice. Never had issues there.

Update: They released my title to the DMV without telling me or communicating that this was done two months ago( 7 months after my loan was paid off). It has now been 9 months since I paid off my loan with these guys. They do terrible business and do not communicate with their customers. They say they don't send out titles anymore and I have to go to the DMV to get mine. I paid them off early and it would have been nice if they took care of me when they said they would instead I had to wait almost a year to get my title and they didn't even send it to me. If you can get a loan elsewhere do it. These guys are poor business people and do not operate with any integrity at all. They expect you to follow through with your agreements but they do whatever they want and operate with the mentality that you are their slave. Never again!!!

I bought a car from this company only 2 weeks ago, and I am having all sorts of issues with it already. Before I purchased this car, I was told that it was fully inspected and they had a mechanic look at it before they decided to sell. A week driving it and it was making all sorts of noises, I was told I needed to get the brakes done, the outer tie rods changed, an alignment, and there's an oil leak as well as an AC leak and much much more. Need I say I am a full time student, work full time & single mother. I cannot believe they sold me this crap. Now I have thousands of dollars in repair when I saved up to get a reliable car to get my daughter to and from day care. The people were nice, but the business is crap. I would NEVER recommend this business to a soul. Take your money somewhere else. Let me add to this. I just received a phone call from the sales rep, and he claims that he did not tell any lies. He is constantly telling me it is not his fault that the car is having these issue. Let me tell you something, its simple. If your "machanic" did an inspection, then you will know that the car is not in a reliable state. Claim not to be at fault all you want Ryan, you sold a piece a crap just cause you were at lost of money from someone else.

This place is the worst finance place known to man. This people swindled me out of my car payment an still reposesse my car. They added on fees that did not apply to me, they added on a 500 dollar reposession fee that i did not need when i was was not 4-6 months in the rear. They put me with another finance place called nicolas that i did not even know about. Among other things if you know whats good for you do Not finance with these people.

I gave this company 5 stars but now it’s a 1 because I had a loan with them and my Insurance company paid off the balance after I was involved in An accident but they sent me to collection over an amount that was never communicated to me and they cannot figure out why? I kept asking them why it was even sent? Why would they not give the full payoff amount to my insurance at the time when it would have handled. No, they did not care to tell me about anything until I received a notice that I had something on my credit from these fools. Please don’t trust them.

Well let me just say that my credit sucks...like really bad! I didn't deal with platinum themselves they just financed the car that I wanted to buy. I was surprised that they even offered to give me a loan. So far I haven't had any problems with them. The car I got is a 2007 Nissan maxima. It has some issues,but it's a used car. I was a few days late on a payment once. I forget who I talked to over athe platinum but the asked the day I could pay it, we set it up for that day and I didn't hear anything back from them. The percentage bracket I'm in is a little high but that's what you get when you have shot credit

Poor customer service , called them because they took an additional 273.oo out of my acct. My car note is always paid ahead of due date . Customer service basically stated I was lying..so I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor they put me to Jim collucci whom ask me to forward statements to a email that is not working or his email box is full, I try calling back to letm know I couldn't send , the customer service wouldn't answer they put me to a voice mail. So I found another number for them and the lady I spoke to email me so I can forward statements .so at this point I'm neg in my account and no answer to my problem. Smh , how do you treat a customer who is one time with payments with rudeness..
