Best experience ever! Tim and Rita were amazing at being personable in their customer service. Even helped me with my card when it was malfunctioning! (Tape trick ;)) Thanks again, now I know why they are so highly rated. Highly recommend, nothing but high quality all around.

Tim & Rita were friendly and made my Auntie and I feel very comfortable in their store.A lot of Pawn stores , (we enjoy "pawn shopping") pressure or kinda when showing a item make us feel like we might be there to rob them. Not Tim's Trading Post on Missouri Ave in Clearwater! It's a Great Place, with actually exceptional items. You gotta go check it out!

Seriously the best pawn shop around. I've tried pretty much all the other shops and Tim's is the absolute best by far, everyone that works there is more than nice, they are all friendly, easy going people, very relatable, never judge ppl, always have a smile on their face, they make sure you know they appreciate your business, and ALWAYS give me the BEST PRICE AROUND! I don't use pawn shops much and the people at this shop were happy to help me out with any questions I had and, for once at a pawn shop, I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Everytime I went in to make payments on the item I had pawned, there were other people in the store always saying good things about their service, these claims definitely turned out to be true and I'll be back for sure. If you ever find yourself in a pinch and need some help paying off those extra bills, this place will work with you and they have great interest rates and great service Its a good shop with QUALITY owners!

This place is great!, always getting good inventory. You never know what you might find. I've been going here for over a year and always have had a good experience. Tim and the guys are very helpful with any questions and try give me the best deal. If you haven't been there I suggest you take the time and check it out .plus layaway on almost everything!

Tim was nice in negotiating a diamond ring that he sold to me, very nice guy however i baught the diamond ring because of the information given to me. I took that ring to a jeweler to see if all the information tim had given me was correct & just so happens to be we were both wrong & the diamond was a lot smaller then we both thought. The very next day i take the ring back to get my money back & one of the employees( tall male) was just the rudest person, he would not give me a refund nor did he want to call the owner who sold me the ring & started telling me im not a customer & they dont do refunds. I would not recommend this place to anyone & i feel like they got over on me & are not honest. Good luck to all & good luck finding an honest business to work with not this.

I really wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars. Very polite and trustworthy Honors his word regardless if he tells you something over phone he honors it no matter the situation when you get to the store. Tim thank you both for treating me and my family like we was your family. I wish there was other places that have the respect and courtesy you do for everyone that comes in your store. Went in looking for specific type of precious stone jewelry and was shown exactly what I was looking for and proven with the identification machine and loupe. The staff was polite and professional. Prices were reasonable and negotiable. Excellent customer service and highly recommended.

GREAT Service and the most value given for your items to pawn than all the other shops in the greater Saint Petersburg area! I had some pretty severe medical issues, and combined with a lack of work hours, I needed some cash quick. I went to several other stores first but was severely dissatisfied at what they were offering for value on the items I had. As well as the lack of service I experienced. Then I found Tim's Trading Post. What a difference!!! I dealt with both Tim and Chris. They know values well, so getting what I expected wasn't an issue whatsoever, and the service I received was exceptional! This is a very clean and organized store and surely worth a visit. Plenty for sale at great prices! Plus they are even open on Sundays! They helped me get through a darn rough time. I'll be back for sure! Came in looking to trade in a firearm for another one, and they waited as I went through his inventory with my wife on the phone. After finding a firearm that we both agreed upon, they treated me right on both trade in and the new firearm. Dealing with the paperwork was fast and easy, and done correctly without a doubt. They were very helpful, patient, polite and professional. Everything you would want or need when dealing with a new firearm purchase. Would return and deal with them again for any trading and pawn needs in the future.

One of the best pawn shops in the area, if not The best. Tim and his staff are very friendly, understanding, and communicative. Great prices and they always try to get me the most money possible if I'm bringing something in. Once I made my first trip here, I haven't been back to another pawn shop or wanted to. Excellent service and selection! I recently contacted Tim regarding an item I needed, and he was more than helpful! When I entered the store, he had several items for me to look at and choose from ready for me. He went over the different features of each, and answered all of my questions with patience. He helped me feel confident in my choice, and advised me on how to properly use it, and maintain it. Tim's Trading Post has a wide selection of items, from musical instruments to jewelry, electronics and firearms. The store is also clean and tidy, and everything is clearly marked. I have made two trips to the store over the course of the past week, and it was well worth the 45 minute drive for the service I received.

Tim is the man. Even with the ammo shortage that’s going on he’s more likely to have what I need than anybody else. Solid prices too. Also, I went through him for my CCP class that he offers there and he is great at what he does. Firm with his teaching but also makes you feel comfortable and he is very informative. I highly recommend this place over any pawn shop in town.
