Nice people but a POOR overall customer experience, with minimal attention on us as the buyers and attention to detail. Multiple calls over a couple days, which all end with the same response. "I am sorry they are not available as they are in a closing" I am happy that Pinnacle Title is that busy, wirh a customer only speaking with an assistant, but the overall customer experience was impacted and was not a good experience for us. If you have to work with Pinnacle Title ask to review your documents early and review them in detail, as we had multiple changes needed before we could close. Having worked with many title companies (more than 20 real estate transactions in 3 states) especially on a simple cash closing, Pinnacles experience ranked very low. We had more issues and attention to details on our recent close, including Pinnacle Title not being able to confirm a receipt of our wire transfer for several hours on the day of close. Requiring us to get back involved to help Pinnacle track down the wire... only to be told... "oh we found it" as if nothing occurred. Really? Telling a customer that a very large wire has not been received and then providing a nonchalant response is okay for the customer experience? Panic was the admittedly first reaction. If we wouldn't have been an experienced buyer, knowing what questions to ask and who for call , I can only image the additional emotions of a first time buyer. We all have opportunities to improve and be more focused on the customer experience. Athough Pinnacle has a 4 plus star rating, with some solid reviews our experience was poor at best.

Very best title company out there. They go above and beyond for their clients and for Realtors! I have yet to see a title company that beats their rates. It's rare to find amazing rates along with amazing service! If you have the choice, go with Pinnacle Title!

Such an easy process. It was just so smooth to work with them. Our lender recommended them for their low prices, but they should be pitched just as much on the great service. Highly recommend.

After we did some research to find out if you've had a closing with us or what the issue was, we discovered you work for a competing title company and you've never even been our customer which looks very unprofessional for you and your company.

When we decided to refinance our home, picking a Title company was an easy choice for us. We have heard great things about Pinnacle Title, especially Shaunie Hill. She was easy to talk to, very personable and approachable, so patient and knowledgeable with any and every question we had, she kept in good communication not only with us but with our mortgage company we went thru as well. Making the whole process quite smooth! Much smoother than when we first bought our house! Shaunie and our mortgage agent stayed on top of everything meeting dead lines way before they were due, we were ready and done a week before schedule! And when it came time to signing our closing docs she actually met us at our house since the weather was horrible and my husband had been sick. Making it very convenient and putting my husbands health first!! Shaunie truly puts her clients first on making everything as smooth as possible and making this such an enjoyable experience. Did I mention she also saved us a bunch of moo'la?!?! I don't know how she does it, but she's truly amazing and has your back to save your pockets!! Definitely will be using Pinnacle Title and Shaunie Hill in the future with any of our home Title needs!

Shaunie Hill answered all the questions I had on refinancing my home with my VA loan! She was very friendly and personable and really knew her stuff.
