Unfortunately we had several problems with GT Title in SLC Utah. We were the sellers on this transaction. Everything seemed to be in order when we went to our closing. I double checked the details with our closer before signing and we left thinking everything was in order. It wasn't. The buyer disagreed with some important information on the closing documents. The title company did an amendment to the closing WITHOUT CONTACTING US OR GETTING OUR SIGNATURES. This caused us serious problems buying our next house. When I called GT Title they weren't upfront about their mistake. Once I found out what happened they stopped returning my calls. When I was able to talk to someone the information was vague at best. I found the whole experience very unprofessional. I will never do business with this company again.

Team Shaene was amazing! Charlie was so helpful when my husband and I had questions about where the check would go and how much could go where. She made sure that she understood the question right and gave us thought out answers. Thank you again!

Terrible experience and totally unprofessional. Alai Wolfgramm has no idea what she is doing. I wouldn't trust her flipping my burgers yet she is working at a title company doing legal docs. So many other local title companies you can use.

I have closed many of my home sales as well as my own home purchases with Laurel Kunzler at GT Title and have had absolutely amazing experiences each time. She makes every home buying transaction a very personal experience and is so accommodating of each individual’s work schedule and has constantly stayed late to help a client. She is always so happy, hardworking, and is a genuine person! She gets orders done very quickly and works well with everyone! I will never close a home with anyone else!
