We were originally going to go through another lender for our first home, but we decided to shop around to make sure we were getting the best rate. Wow!!! Michael was an absolute pleasure to work with and did an incredible job. I contacted Micheal late on a Friday night on a holiday weekend no less. He responded quickly and was able get us pre-approved the next day. He then call the sellers agent and made all of the difference on our offer on a home that had 12 other offers in just 48 hours.
