I've closed at Meridian seven times now, and every time it's been a great experience. I'm the kind of guy that wants to REALLY understand what I'm signing or getting into. They were patient with all my questions and super knowledgeable. I am entirely satisfied and will never go anywhere else.

We were there to close on our home. The title officer enters the room and first thing she said to us before even saying hello was “do you... need interpreter?” Yes, we are not white, but judging someone based on their skin tone is not okay. Her approach I think is totally unprofessional. If we would have asked for it , it is nice that she offered help. I guess this company needs to educate staff about the diversity . We were really disappointed 😢. I thought about not bringing this up, but it is important that company train employees in this issue.

Sharon was extremely friendly and professional. She really knew her stuff. She answered all our questions and put our needs and priorities first. She was also fast and accommodating. I highly recommend.

Tried to use them cause of the good reviews but I guess my business was not important enough... I was quickly told I needed a lawyer to process a quit claim deed. Thank goodness I found another title company that was very willing and prompt in service. Don't waste your time!
Ms. Tuniei, apologies that we were unable to help you with your quit claim deed. We are prohibited by regulations of the Title & Escrow Commission from assisting in transactions to transfer title when we will not be issuing a title policy. Generally, we also disfavor recording quit claim deeds. There are a number of potential problems with quit claim deeds that many people have not considered when planning to record one. Some of the concerns include, no warranties of title are provided, property tax issues may arise, potential termination of title insurance coverage and it may trigger a due on sale clause for a mortgage. We often find that other title companies are quick to record a quit claim deed without helping the consumer understand the consequences.

I can't say enough about the professional approach that Meridian has to serving their clients! Laura is a rockstar! She is so efficient, responsive and professional. We have used Mike on more than one of our transactions and he consistently does an excellent job. It is a difficult climate to find a responsive, professional team so thought I would point anyone interested in quality work in the direction of Meridian Title!

As someone who has worked in the industry for many years I can honestly say that Cindy is the best escrow officer to work with in the state of Utah, probably in the whole country but I only do business in Utah. She is always on top of things and does a fantastic job of going the extra mile for her clients. I would use her for my title work and refer her to my family any day of the week.
