Hands down the best experience I have EVER had with a financial institution! Mine was no ordinary home loan. Another company that had been working my loan for almost 2 months and then pulled out TWO DAYS before closing! The seller told me that if I could not close on the loan by the following Friday (9 days later) then they were going to pull the contract. My realtor put me in touch with the Team at Pinnacle at 5:30pm on a Thursday and immediately I was emailing and talking with Chris and Bob until 10:00pm that night. I was blown away with the knowledge and professionalism I experienced. Everyone I had contact with acted like I was part of their family and it seemed like they were challenging themselves to get the job done. To my complete amazement they were able to close on my loan in less than 96 hours and at a lower interest rate then I had with the previous company!!! I can promise you…a more efficient and enthusiastic Team does not exist! They will be the only company I use or recommend in the future.

The guys are Pinnacle are amazing! They work hard and efficiently. Chris and Bob are very knowledgeable and will help you find the lowest rate and best loan for you. I did a cash out refinance and closed quickly. I plan on using the cash for my next property and will be asking them to help me with my new loan. I wish I could give these guys 6 stars!

Working with Chris and Bob was so quick, easy and they were very accommodating. I literally had a 20 minute conversation with Chris discussing the best route to take for refinancing my mortgage and once I made a decision we were off and running! They made the process simple by providing an online tool for me to upload the documents they needed, after everything was in order and ready for closing Chris was kind enough to meet with me and walk me through all of the forms that my husband and I needed to sign. I appreciate that Chris took the time to guide me through the process, he is professional, knowledgeable and personable. It was a pleasure working with him.

Bill and Chris, owners of the business are unbelievable people! My wife and I recently used this company to refinance our home loan. We don't remember a better customer service experience from start to finish. Staff at Pinnacle Real Estate were great to work with. Along with buying a house comes tons of questions, and Bill and Bob were always ready to answer them. They even called us back on a Sunday. Everyone in the office was familiar with our mortgage and the process, thus everyone in the office knew who we were.
