Worst customer service ever!! How does the Benbrook branch stay in business. I called to talk with Tammy twice. First time in meeting, but will call me back in a few hours. No call back. Week later I call back and tell the receptionist what happened. She said Tammy was on the phone and she would hand walk message to call me right now. Week later and no call from Tammy!! You cannot run a business like this pinnacle Bank. I'm sure this review will get no results also. Called frost bank and my loan is approved. Oh by the way Frost called me back go figure!

Thursday April 18 5PM was a wonderful evening with several BBQ styles and cold brews. 2 grand parents and 2 grand children sat out side and ate with the music of "River Trip" band. Also, an excellent place to bank. Super staff. Thank you!

Fabulous customer service - the best I've seen in a long time. Branch Manager Anita is the essence of hospitality combined with professionalism. I took a very complicated transaction to them and they worked and worked to get it right. Amazing service from Teller Kathleen, too! Great job, y'all - keep it up.

Out of this world customer service - I do not personally bank here but have been in the car with 2 different people and both experiences have been mind blowing. I may just switch banks based on the professionalism of the tellers.

Love this bank and has very friendly staff, it just sucks that the hours match exactly to my work schedule so the only time I ever get to deposit is on a day off. I get it though, every business has to open and close at some point.

Usually great service. But took around 10 mins to get cash because they acted like it wasn't me getting the money. Had the account number and my driver's license. Kind of annoying but usually great service

Hilarious hours even for a bank 9 am to 4 pm . No thanks rather watch it go out of business
