I used Carrie Chandler to file my taxes this year and to say I experienced excellent customer service would be an understatement. Carrie went above and beyond for me and was so thorough to make sure I got every penny I could and to ensure I understood everything she was doing. I can't recommend her enough!

Advisor was very helpful. quite thorough Took time to go over evry form and line. Explained what we could expect next year and years to come. Explained tax ramifications regarding IRA distributions and possible charitable donations. We are planning to use Donna Huston for our next year's taxes

Mr. Broom was very patient and empathetic with my frustration and disappointment with my former retirement company AXA who led me to believe that they had deducted taxes from my loan/withdrawal, when in actual fact, they never did. I kept going back and forth with Mr. Broom trying to understand the difference between loan and withdrawal and taxes. I came to realize that he was right about AXA not deducting taxes as I had thought.

They have done my complicated return for several years. Carrie Chandler did a good job this year, even with all the challenges coming her way with COVID and all. I provided documents to Carrie and only talked on phone some to go over finer points of items I provided her. We then met at the end to go over return, sign it and she filed it with the IRS. Maybe next year we have have more face time.

Carrie Chandler is my go to advisor, as close to a personal account as you can get. She's professional and caring. Her sound advice is not scripted, but tailored to you and I've grown since working with her the last 3yrs. My only regret is that I didn't find her sooner.

As costly as it is, I enjoy working with my tax advisor (Carrie Chandler). She is friendly, knows my tax situation and makes sure I get every credit available. She gets the tax return done quickly and efficiently and makes it enjoyable.. Everyone in the office is a pleasure to work with and, once, when I was freaked out by a letter from the IRS, Doug took me by the hand and helped me straighten out the mess I had made. I won't ever forget that.
