I am a first time home owner and everyone at Pinellas Park Title Co. has been very helpful and extended their help in explaining the things I needed to get done especially we didn't had a realtor. I did have an employee benefit that could cover partial of my closing cost but the other company that I inquired wasn't as helpful compared to Pinellas Park that is why I opt in for their service and they never failed me. Since I am out of town, they even arranged a mobile closer for me. The process was just so seamless and they are super Pro at what they do. I highly recommend Pinellas Park Title Co if you want no headache on your next home purchase.

Evelyn was a workhorse in getting the deal done. From first phone call, the cash deal was done in a week. She could’ve gotten it done sooner had it not been for the condo association. Evelyn and Amanda went above and beyond on this challenging closing. The lender was not responsive, and they stayed on top of them. They were both caring, compassionate, and professional with the elderly sellers. They even opened on July 5 to accommodate the closing. Highly recommend!
