My last (2) closings with them were challenging but went perfectly. One closing was a 4-way contingent closing with other title companies involved. A buyer had to sell their home to purchase a home of the person who needed to sell their home to the person purchasing the home of my seller who had to sell his home and use the proceeds to purchase his new home! Everything fell nicely right in place! My next closing was my sellers needing to sell their home in the morning and move out that same morning to move into their new place. Their purchase was also contingent on the sale of their home. Time was of the essence on all of the above and Coast To Coast Title was on top of EVERTYHING the entire way! I recently had two real estate closings handled by Coast to Coast. With both, they were tremendous to work with. No matter who I spoke with in the office, they were aware of the transactions and able to answer my questions. Both deals were expedited and they made sure the closings stayed on schedule. They went out of their way to track down the seller to coordinate the closing. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Coast to Coast is great. Mollie has handled several transactions for me and the experience was wonderful. Coast is efficient and has a can do attitude. My most recent closing had a bump in the road, but Mollie and the crew got creative and we not only closed, but closed early! I have been in real estate for decades and have bought and sold scores of properties in several states. I also formally owned a large regional title company and in my experience Coast to Coast and Mollie are the best.

Had a closing where the title company selected by the seller was 3 hours away. That title company agreed to send a mobile closer to my buyer's location, but was going to charge him $175. ObviouslyI was not going to allow that so I called up my friends at Coast to Coast Title to see if they could help and boy, did they ever! They agreed to a late afternoon closing but at the last minute the buyer had to work late so Tina, Kam, and Danielle sprang into action and found a mobile closer to go to the buyer's house. So not only did they handle so much of the preparation to close at the office, but then arranged and paid for a last minute closing! Who does that now days? Coast to Coast Title and Escrow Services, that's who! They made no money doing this and jumped through many hoops to make it happen. Total professionals that just want to help. If you want top notch service with friendly people, now you know who to call.

Words can not express the happiness I found in this title company!. Mrs. Dawn Marie and her team was awesome! Not to mention that we were closing not one but 2 loans that had there own little problems that Dawn was a wiz to work around. She got the documents days before they was stated. This company and its employees, really care about their customers. The staff at Coast to Coast are, courteous, knowledgeable, and competent professionals. I have to admit that I was a little difficult to deal with as a customer. But Mollie and the whole team, with great patience and true professionalism went above and beyond to serve me with excellence. My experience here was truly unsurpassed. The entire team at CTC Title is truly amazing. At a moment in time when just about everyone in the real estate and lending industry is busy, over-capacity and over-worked, their performance, execution and prompt efficiency is truly just absolutely remarkable. Their willingness to go above-and-beyond really came through on a transaction involving an uncooperative ex-spouse.
