These people were great to me. They give you plenty of days to pay. They always answer. Every payment was smooth. They sent my title days after it was fully purchased. Easy online payments. I want them to finance my next vehicle. Every payment was tracked. They even sent me a small check for what we overpaid.

This is the worst place I've ever had to deal with. Dont even deserve 1 star. Bought the car from. Airport auto and they transfered our account to here without telling me. We've had the car for a year exact and never had problems from paying air port auto until this company. We've always paid our payments which is bi weekly. They have taken multiple times money off my card over 1000 and it's been several different times I've had to block my card and call to Make a payment then block them right back. I've made a complaint to the BBB with proof and everything from fraud, scam, ect still waiting on a call and papers furthermore. They constantly calland harass you even when you just made a payment. Now they're telling me we have am interest fee of 410 dollars when I've never had one before and my payments are only 160 and some change bi weekly. Also in order to send BBB information mid Atlantic refused to send me my history payments but when they did my payments on my bank statements have way more than theirs did. So money that's been taken out going God knows where and when asked to speak to the person in charge they refused and when asked to speak to someone I could understand I was nice about it they hung up on me. So I hope BBB takes care of it.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO DEALERSHIPS!!! PLEASE REMOVE THIS FINANCE COMPANY FROM LENDER YOUR LIST!!! Stop relying on these individuals to provide funding for your valuable customers! This is a DISSERVICE!!!! They are impolite, rude, and disrespectful. The customer service is HORRIBLE! I requested some information in December 2021 and have yet to receive an email to this day. The email address I was given is no longer valid. I have a sneaking suspicion that these people are up to something nefarious! The opportunity to refinance cannot come soon enough! This company should be avoided at all costs!!! ZERO STARS FOR ME!!!

Furious! I’m 5 months away from pay off and due to a mess up on their end I now have to either come up with double payments or be forced to refinance. When I tried to get help they said I couldn’t defer my payment cause I already did a YEAR AGO! The woman I spoke to was rude. Kept talking over me and raising her voice. Definitely disappointed in this company.

This is the worst company I have ever wasted my time on. They have every excuse in the world to try to take your vehicle but they constantly taking your money. The service they provide is horrible I wouldn't refer a dog to these people. They are the true definition of scam artists at its finest. Smh.

I’d GIVE ZERO stars if I could! My experience started when I purchased my vehicle through a local car dealership where I live. Everything was fine until one day I kept getting calls from a MIDATLANTIC company, I had no clue what they were calling about! And they’d leave voicemails they needed my information and vehicle info. I was iffy. So I contacted the dealership where they finally told me what MidAtlantic wanted and why they were trying to locate me. I was upset at first. I didn’t know these changes happen without me being notified first! After a couple months, I’d contact them regarding my payments, and they are all RUDE! don’t let you explain & hard to understand. After that call, a couple weeks passed and they started contacting me nonstop. Letting me know I was behind on payments, when I clearly enter it as auto pay and they would take it out of my bank account. Well according to them, it wasn’t but they took the money out (I had my bank statements) they never fixed the issue. I’d try and speak to higher authorities and I was neglected and never transferred, they’d prefer to hung up the call or just not listen to me!! It was annoying!! I couldn’t believe their lack of customer service skills! Today I had another situation I woke up to! They emailed me claiming they are going to repo my vehicle due to again no payments given. When I have autopay. I was outraged! I called and they were rude and I needed to pay the full balance in order to stop the repo and if it got to that point I’d have to pay the missing payment and repo fee of $350,ridiculous! They weren’t understanding of the situation. They were ALL rude, everyone and anyone of them who picks up the line. I wanna just pay them off and leave MidAtlantic. But seeing all these reviews of payoffs kinda makes me question it now. Never make this mistake and do business with these people! I work with a collections agency as well and we are nowhere as rude as these people are!!!! Do NOT TRUST MidAtlantic!!

Please Stay away from this company. Make sure if you’re going to buy a car Ask the dealer what company is going to finance your car. if they say ( mid-Atlantic finance Company) get up and leave. This people has been talking so much money from hard work people. 1.- They’re going to charge you $400 fee for a late payment . There’s other finance company way better than them. They will try harder to repossess your car. in order to get more money from you. in my case ,I’m going to get legal help Because this unacceptable. By the way ( Danielle) You are the Worse ( manager and supervisor). So cruel and careless.

Absolute horrible company if I could write them zero stars I absolutely would we have only had our new car for three months under this company and then this month we’re set up on biweekly payments but yet they just went ahead out of nowhere and charge an auto pay for a full month payment when we had already paid the full month payment two days before so don't know why they had the right to take a full month payment now my bank account is overdrafted

I just paid my car off and the only reason I am giving this company five stars is do to my experience working with Shawna. She was professional and very polite. Finally, they hired a professional! My experience has always been unprofessional rude and hard to understand! Keep on the track with people like Shawna and you could turn the bad reviews into better numbers! Thank you again Shawna!

Horrible customer service, hit a dog with my car, they stopped payment on a $ 300.00 check because insurance company wrote the check in my name. Had to pay out of pocket, lost rental car all because I had to wait for them to mail me back my insurance check. Come on, I'm the one who pays my auto loan & insurance. My dealer sold them my contract & I didn't even get any kind of notice. They have no idea how to talk to there clients

If you are a dealer do not do business with them. They are greedy, take all the gross out of your deal and are extremely picky about paperwork. They make your Job extremely hard while they make thousands off of you in a one sided relationship. They also accused me of forging paperwork on my deals because the customers signed it too quickly after I made them come in to resign(for a 5 dollar difference they made me resign) Absolutely stunning they are still in business

If you are a Car Dealer DO NOT Send business here or do deals through them. The worst experience I have ever had. If you are a customer Stay away!!!! To start off it has been 1 month and I still haven’t been funded. They make promises and do not keep them After sending paperwork back 4 times and spending over $100.00 in fed ex fees they promised me I will have the money in my account in 2 hours. That was a lie. I am extremely upset and will be taking this issue to higher ups. It should not take over a month to get paid $7000.00 and they should not make promises they can not keep. Once again do not go here. Let me start off by saying that after paying my vehicle off 100% and giving my address numerous times to validate my account for some unknown reason my title is mailed to the wrong address🤔 then on top of this I speak with a couple different people trying to get another title with no such luck. Then I am told that I have to go to the DMV and pay for another title really? Worst customer service I have ever encountered and can say that I am contacting the better business bureau along with some other folks to try and figure out what steps I can take to rectify this issue. You would think after all the finance charges you paid they would try to atleast take care of something so trivial that they screwed up. DO NOT DO MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID!

If I can give them NO starts I would. This place is so unprofessional. They deal with credit challenged and small mom and pop shops but end up treating all customers the same... like they are nothing. They like to dictate how you use their service by requiring you to have full coverage for a 2004 vehicle with 22 k mile?! I would NEVER use these guys again and I would encourage you to not use them either. My next step is to report them to the BBB.

Bad experience in funding from a note sale, only received 50% and made every excuse to delay the other 50%. Contacted the President through LinkedIn and he fixed my issue in less than 30 min and sent me my funds. Post sale, best experience. Gave me updates every week and didn't have any buybacks.

I get the feeling a lot of these 1 star reviews are from people who struggle with commiting to a payment plan. They're decent to work with if you know what to expect going in. High interest rates for people with low or poor credit. They'll work with you if you make your payments on time and they've been nothing but polite with me. I even had to defer a payment during the pandemic and they made it as smooth as butter. They even turned out autopay when I was at my last 2 payments which I'm ok with since I've heard horror stories of people having their cards charged months after their final payment. Honestly my credit was trash when they financed my car and I'm pretty thankful for that alone. Car still runs, though I did have to do some out of pocket work on it. 3 years later it's still rolling so I cant beat that with a 500 down buy here pay here. I'd recommend them if your credit isnt the best and you need a car and you can reliably make your payments.

Apparently one day I found out that my account was sold to this financial company, which I would even call it that. Nobody ever responds, my information is always incorrect, I emails and call “Ms. Judy” no rely. I call the Tampa office and I get Texas. I didn’t ask nor I was made aware that my account with the dealership was being bought - I would have sold back the car and went someplace else.

They have taken $512 worth of unauthorized payments out of our account in a little over 24 hours. We only authorized one payment of $256. These people are crooks! Would give negative stars if possible.

This company to me is just not top notch as I feel they could be in many ways, the only good thing walking with my experience is my car rep ''Tammy'' from clear water office!!! The heart on this woman is phenomenal if she could only run the company they will probably get so much more business I would have gave the car back a long time ago if it wasn't for Tammy in the Clearwater office I personally never met her but I feel like I got a personal friendship with her!!! As many times as I wanted to lose my cool with Mid-Atlantic she is definitely calm me down and made me feel secure about this agreement that I am in with Mid-Atlantic!!! So all in all I want to say mid Atlantic Sucks...but won't lol cause they will work with you one major time and if they see your trying they will try with you but Tammy hands down to that woman... This company obviously brought out another company which had my account. Now I am being hit with charges I have never had before! Called and spoke to a supervisor named Thomas who is not only unprofessional but ignorant to company status. I truly believe this organization is/should be investigated for predatory loan practices and other financial frauds. IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS STRONG-ARMED GANG, DO SO. As many of the previous reviews read.. this is obviously one of the worst finance companies to exist. I purchased my car through a buy here pay here and the only thing I regret in my life, is my “dealer” selling my loan to this unprofessional, unreasonable group of employees. Every time I call to make a payment on my car they are rude.. I’m the one giving THEM money for a car that is destined to give out on me any moment.. I’m the one that should have an attitude but regardless of the fact, I’m still peaceful when I call and try to get off the line as quick as possible. In addition to the horrible and inconsiderable aspect of their company, I was charged over $2,000 dollars in “late fees” even though I expressed loosing my job durning the pandemic. I’ve asked about an early payout and the best they could do is “$200” off. I’m 22 years old still learning how to make good decisions as far as buying cars, renting, leasing, and credit.. but this will be by far one of the hardest life experiences.. thanks Mid-Atlantic!

If you are a dealer don’t use this company. They are the most hard to deal with on paperwork and take longer than any other lender subprime or prime to fund. Their fees are higher than most and getting a person to talk to that knows what is going on is impossible. One mistake on paperwork that was on their end and they take back the funding without notice. Piss poor company. I’m sure the buyers are just as unhappy with them as us dealers are too!! Avoid them like the plague. If they approach you to buy accounts don’t take it! There are better options for buyers to take your accounts!

I had quite a long week after having my vehicle was stolen. There were a few miscommunications and complications in the process of World car center and Mid Atlantic finance company getting in contact with the detective on my case. I am SO grateful for John with mid Atlantic finance companies assistance in getting this resolved and helping to recover my vehicle!

They should not be in business.they don't have any understanding or compassion for your situation although I am trying to explain my hardship But God sits high and look low He will close the whole company down . They bought out my car loan after 2 years from a dealership in Louisville, Kentucky. I had no idea my car loan was being sold to a third party, and if I’d have known the dealership was willing to negotiate the balance of my auto loan I would have just negotiated a settlement with them. But nevertheless, I was informed of my debt being changed from the dealership to this company I had never heard of. I was upset at first, as it seemed like a breach of contract as I hadn’t agreed to being in debt to this company and I hadn’t agreed to their terms. But after paying them now for a little over a year, I finally paid my car off yesterday. They were willing to work with me during the COVID crisis and delayed payments for me, and they were also more flexible and patient on late payments than the dealership I was paying was, which was nice. Overall, I give them 4 stars. I docked one star because a couple of the reps I spoke to weren’t very friendly, and also because I had hoped they would negotiate the payoff balance with me at the end of the loan, considering I paid $13,000 for a car that’s only worth $1,800 they could have cut me a little break on docking off some of the payoff balance, but they wouldn’t do that.

They over charge you, they secretly put in these fees or whatever. I’ve kept track of my payments separately on paper and on the website when I made 2-3 payments my current balance did not go down. When I called they had no answer but just that they’re system is correct. WATCH OUT for them they’re Rats! No one knows where the extra $400 charge came from. They all suck their customer service was Bad very bad not helpful whatsoever, I’m not sure how their getting away with this stealing over thousands possibly even millions. They don’t even deserve a 1 star.

I had my loan for 3 years. 2 years in moved out of state and got married. After submitting proof of name change and address change they wouldnt provide my lien signatures so i could transfer tag (address wrong, name wrong, wait to give it until payment due so I would have to pay before getting lien paper.) I briefly lost my job and missed a payment and they refused to help so repo got involved and were beyond nasty. I paid off loan to just be done. Still waiting months later still no title as they claim I didnt sign forms or its a mandatory hold that basically restarts every time they want me to resign the forms. Worst place to deal with. Maybe someday I will get my title.

This company is the worst finance company!!!! Buyer beware!!!! I am stuck with a mechanically unsound vehicle that, they know is broke down and was sold and has been that way. They refuse to come pick it up. They are choosing to write if off my credit as a charge because the repairs are worth more than the vehicle to fix, so instead of accepting responsibility for a vehicle they entered into contract with me on they are sticking me with it and trying to make me pay for it!!! They refuse to hand over the title so I can have the vehicle junked!!!!! Beware of this company!!!! Do not sell your name, it's a big problem!!!!!

I just paid off my car and I have to say I had a great experience with this company. They where very nice and easy to work with, and when I was having issues with my car they worked with me on my payments. If I knew I was going to be late, (even though it was only like a week). I would call them and let them know. You just have to stay in contact with them.

The day I paid my finally paid my car off was a glorious day, but mainly because I knew I would never have to call this company ever again. Very, very seldomly did I get to talk to a nice person. I've been hung up on more times than I can count, when all I was trying to do was give them the information that I needed to to make my payments. If I wasn't hung up on, the people were incredibly rude. Also, please not that this company does NOT submit any information to the credit bureau. I paid $450 a month for years and for NOTHING. I still had NO credit.

Just called to get my auto loan number the representative who answered LIED and claimed she didn’t know the number and then had a manager get on the phone who then was RUDE to me and harassed me about my car payment instead of answering my question! And then hung up on me! Nice way to treat your customers! This company is AWFUL no wonder you only have two stars!!!
