Tracey helped me with an auto loan and was very friendly and helpful. She was able to process everything via email and I only had to go in to sign papers which only took a few minutes. Very happy and will continue banking with PCFCU.

God forbid a member writes you a check and you cash it and you’re a POC. They will call the police and lie and say the check is fake… And then Mysteriously the check is cleared after police are called and they decide to call the actual member. Horrible service especially from the zesty guy with a zesty tone.

I have been banking with Pinal County Federal Credit Union for number of years there's been a few problems but never not taken care of I've always had very good luck much better than the banks and everybody there takes time to call you by your first name

Honestly probably be safer to just keep all your money under your mattress than to bank with these people

I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca Pena recently on a Home Equity Loan and had the BEST experience. I've been with the CU for many years and have worked with Rebecca, Tamara and Anthony in the past and have always felt at home and comfortable with all of them. It is an amazing experience when you don't feel like a number and you see and know the faces you work with over the years. You don't get that at other banks. Thanks so much to you all!

I started using PCFCU as Shared Branch for a CU in Chandler. Eventually I just switched my account over completely! So glad I did! Every Employee over the years has made me feel important and welcome! They have trusted me enough to start a LOC, Overdraft checking account protection. They then trusted me with a CC for a Balance Transfer from another card. That transfer only has $100. left to pay on it! They then trusted me enough to acquire a home loan for a brand new Park Model! The terms of this loan are more than fair and super easy to manage! This Team of Employees know the meaning of "Building Relationships" with Members! I might add that I also find convenience and simplicity with the Mobile App and the PCFCU Connect App. I really couldn't ask for more in a Financial Institution! I highly recommend this CU and this Branch in Apache Junction! Good Job to Anthony, Rebecca and all the lovely Tellers!

Pinal county Federal Credit Union, what can I say? The folks there are nothing short of amazing. I went to them concerning a loan and I was introduced to Rebecca Pena, the Branch Manager. She was very kind and friendly. She welcomed me to her desk and thoroughly explained the processes of obtaining the loan(s) I was requesting. I immediately felt relaxed and confident I was working with the right person. When I told Ms. Pena I was under a time restraint she assured me she would do all she could to meet the time limit I was given. She went out of her way to see that my loan was prepared and approved prior to it being due to the recipient. I can't thank the staff enough for all they did to make this a pleasant and satisfying experience for me. A big shout out to everyone at the credit union! I thank you one and all.
