    Pima Federal used to be good... AVOID BANKING HERE AT ALL COST... THEY DO NOT CARE about their customers.... after months of problems on their end, from shortages of personnel, very long wait times when you call them, and their mobile application being just horrible, and I am pretty much done with them. They do not take any opinions and do not care to change. They do not listen to their customers and do not care to publicly address their issues. (Rubbing salt on the wound is them calling their application an upgrade when it clearly is not... Please stop calling it that.)

    it's been over a month of their system upgrade and there are still problems with online banking and getting through to someone. I made a loan payment on my app and I incurred a late fee, even though i am within the grace period. I have been on hold over an hour to get the fee waived. there is no option to chat or email or get a call back. It's been over a month, this is getting old and should be fixed by now.

    I spent over 30+ minutes on the phone trying to get my account unlocked and to be greeted by the answering machine that says they know my time is valuable is the biggest lie ever apparently my time isn't worth anything to them I'm leaving and using a different credit union or bank because the service is horrendous

    They turned my debt card off 3 times over the same bill that ive been paying for months and talked to them about and there is no one to talk to at night when they turn it off so I had to wait till the next morning to use my debt card

    Went a few weeks ago when i needed to get signed back into the app and it looked like there was a few other members trying to do the same since the bank was extremely busy. When I was finally able to be assisted I was kindly greeted by a representative named Gem even though I was kind of being a bit rude due to the wait time he did not let that effect his customer service and was professional. I also had a few other questions on the credit cards available and he was extremely patient and explained all benefits of each one. I do appreciate his patience with me even tho the bank was busy.

    They close my account it has bin over a month now no check they said that the mess up on my address I can get ahold of anyone my electricity is off because of this I live in Tempe Arizona I don't have any pima up here

    Horrible institution!! The fact that they call themselves "Pima Federal" is disgusting and the owners should be ashame of the fraudelant services they run Spoke with Paty and Jeniffer and who mocked the financial situation of others, shaming them for lack of funds as if it wasn't bad already. Paty who was a Spanish representative was so unprofessional and hung up, stating that I was disrespectful to her, which didn't happen, the frustration was towards myself. I tried to call again and was ignored, placed back on the queue four times. Who runs this? This is unprofessional and they need to step up their game with the creation of online banking institution that excel in customer service. This is an old fashion bank that needs to replace their staff if they lack sympathy, knowledge and understanding of their app and how hard it is already. Tried to freeze my account so I don't accumulate more charges almost 100 dollars in overdraft fees within one day should be a crime. The Federal Reserve committee needs to regulate this awful place.

    Its impossible to get ahold of these people! Their phone system is trash and forces you to listen to the same recording over and over. The mobile app never works either. Bank else where
