I recently shopped there and was amazed by the customer service I received from the entire staff. Alonzo did my transaction. It was the best experience at a pawn shop I have had. You can tell he was raised by good parents who installed great societal values into him. Or he has the best boss on the planet. One or the other. I will continue to only do my business at this pawn shop. The shop was very very clean and smelled of fresh lilacs. It was a emotionally moving experience to have been dealt with like a human on the south side of Tucson.

I shop at pawn shops often. I've visited this pawn shop numerous times over the last couple years. Nearly every time I go in there, I find great deals, and have given them a lot of business. I've bought many electronics, jewelry pieces, and tools at this store. The atmosphere has always been light. The employees have always been friendly and smiling. I can get help when I need it, without the employees being overbearing or nagging. I usually deal with the manager, Julie. She has always been attentive, professional, fair, honest, friendly and smiles through the entire transaction. She is knowledgeable about the products in her store. I always look forward to my visits to this store.

I had a great experience! I came in looking for a camera and worked with Brian. He was very friendly and knowledgeable with all of the inventory. He even showed me how to use the camera and went over the multiple functions. He really exceeded my expectations and knew the answer to any question I had about the products in the shop. I'll never go to another pawn shop!

The staff is extremely inexperienced and unprofessional in terms of making claims. I went to sell my diamond, they falsely said that it doesn’t look like one piece diamond. We paid $10k from Siebke Hoyt to have ring custom made around one piece 1C Clarity J diamond. Why would a well reputable diamond shop that custom made this ring sell fake ring? They could easily check the Siebke Hoyt website and verify like the other diamond shop did. But she refused to do. They also offered much lower than other pawn shops. Completely inexperienced, rude and unprofessional. Edit: After this review the district manager called me and apologized for the shop’s unwillingness to help. He recommended another branch, I got call from the store manager next morning right away. I am currently evaluating other options for selling so I may not be coming in. However I really appreciate the willingness to help after what I have experienced. I edited my rating after this experience with district manager.

The employees at the US Pawn on 12th and Valencia greeted us as soon as we walk through the door. We were happy to find two items we had been searching for, not only did the clerk hold the items while we had to take money from an ATM but held the second item for a couple weeks till I went back to get it. Amazing customer service here. Definitely will recommend and shop again.

Great place, clean and organized. The staff are all polite and friendly. They greet you when you walk in the door and tend to your needs very quickly. The 12th and Valencia store id the only one ill do business with.
