Picasso Pawn S Saunders St, Raleigh

I have been to this location a few times and I must say my experience has been great. The last few time a guy name Jackie has assist me and answered every question I had and was very professional and friendly. If you need someone ask for a guy name Jackie.

This place alright. They don't lowball you as low as other places. They are definitely there to help you though. My favorite one to visit.

This place is not only a saving grace when you need it but has the best customer service of any pawn shop I have ever stepped foot in. Jackie, Allison, Angie and Patrick are tops. Picasso Pawn is a great place but S. Saunders is full of some amazing stuff and the best people that can help you out in a pinch! I feel turned off when this lady that look like mexico or esle wrote "We would not not buy this!" Sound like she is yelling at me or have an attitude even i was be nice to her and hoping i would get a good news but instead i received the attitude. Then wanted to be fake and wanted to help me to open the door while i carry this stuff. I said no because i dont need people to be fake around me. Okay. Okay. I will make sure that i will let anybody knows that some staffs in here can be rude to deaf people. I would not have it. So, this review may be better to be known about them.

NOT your typical pawn shop WHATSOEVER! 10/10 Recommend! Extremely clean and smells delightful! Merchandise displayed perfectly! And to top it off, the employees are extremely welcoming and professional. Major shoutout to Ms. Lisette who helped me; she is amazing!!! The manager is also amazing (I didn’t get his name). This was my first visit, and I will definitely be back!!!!
