Overall great experience!!! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a deep voice, big smile, and bald head. They call this guy Bayyah. Go see him! Great service, fair prices, and exceptional team!

Terrible customer service. I came in to put my Nintendo Switch (Brand New, Gray,No dock) on loan for a minute $130. They tried to force me to do $100. So I went and got my $130 at NATIONAL PAWN on NEW BERN AVE. Great Customer Service and overall better experience

Great place to take your jewelry. After National pawn decided.not to.grade and check the value of my diamond ring I decided to go down Capital and visit Picasso. They examined my ring and showed me how the grading system and value system works. I was impressed. The Picasso stores always have friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have even let.me.buy back an item.I forgot to pay on at pawned price. Thanks Picasso ..So before you go to somewhere because thet have commercials.on t.v...(which means they cut prices to to.customers to pay for their overhead....) think twice and head to Picasso.

To save money, I always check out Picasso Pawn. I find deals that make it work my while to stop at Picasso first. Thank you Bayyah
