Logan went above and beyond our expectations as our mortgage lender and took over after having a horrible experience with another lender not doing their job in a timely manner and costing us time and money. Logan came in and got us a better rate, and overall loan terms that we weren't even close to having with the previous one and had so much patience with the hundred questions I had making sure I had the best experience. I didn't feel out of the loop or like I didn't understand because they took the time with every detail. I highly recommend Logan. He is skilled, knows the business, will make sure you are well taken care of from start to finish and has excellent communication skills, great humor and customer service! When securing a mortgage, there is no team finer than the team at Cardinal Financial. From that first phone call, to the very end, I was met with nothing but over the top service from Logan, Keith and Katie. When I needed pre-approvals for properties, Logan supplied it immediately, even evenings and weekends! Once we finally made an offer on a home, that is when I really became impressed with how well the team functions. After submitting the required paperwork, is was processed immediately. No waiting games. Any questions I had (and there were many), were answered immediately, either via e-mail, or phone calls. If one is looking for a mortgage, I highly recommend this team. You won't be disappointed!
