Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Crabtree Blvd, Raleigh

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! came in to cash a check which the girl who had her name tag covered with her hair said it needed to be verified so she continues to verify it and I can hear the other employee Bryan telling her it’s fine and he would cash it she continues to roll her eyes and make excuses to as why she can’t cash the check , then she states she can’t cash it for me I need to direct deposit it ! she was very rude and I definitely felt discriminated and uncomfortable , as soon as I left I went to the Bank of America on capital and told them what happened and they were in shock ! I was told if she felt the check was fraudulent she shouldn’t have returned it to me . NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK HERE , I keep calling to speak to a manager and get no answer , I will be trying all week long ! Some people have no business working customer service especially not at a BANK !!!!!

Walked in right before lunch on a Tuesday and it was the perfect time because they didn’t have customers. The staff is so friendly and they were quick with my deposit.

Because I currently clean here, I know of a few of the hour that they operate.

This bank gives you a hard time about everything ... Small bill exchange and even ones that you’ve called and had ordered . I understand firmly about the orders of operation but they pick and choose what customers they help efficiently and which they choose to over under and double check ! I moved here from an hr. Away and I advise anyone to take there business to another branch !!

I just open a account with Bank of America and I'm here to make a deposit. There is only one teller open and taking very long. The other lady is just there watching her instead of opening another lane... very disappointed with there service.

They don't care about keeping anyone safe during COVID-19. Drive-thru is permanently closed and they don't even answer the phone at this branch. Your only option is to come inside and wait 45 minutes to reach a teller.

I bank with Chase, my fiancé banks with BoA and we were here wiring money for a house closing. I’ve never experienced such horrible service with my bank. Stood in line for twenty minutes before being told we were waiting in the wrong place. Told our wait time was an hour total. We saw multiple people leave during this time, publicly commenting they’d been waiting an hour. Another woman in line had to ask for an additional teller because the line was so long extending into the managers office area. Poorly managed.

Came to this Bank of America literally not that long ago today like around 12pm and the manager or this lady that has her desk on the right side as soon as you walk in I don't know if she was the manager or whatever but that lady is rude and the Hispanic bank teller that attendant is the sweetest person I came to meet but when she went in the back to talk with that other lady you could clearly hear her talk bad about us (the customers) and making sound stupid. That lady has no class nor does she understand the meaning of Customer Service. I would NOT recommend coming this this Bank of America at all!!! The people there need more teaming and understanding of Customer Service.

Came in on a Tuesday morning at 855 to conduct a simple bank transaction. On my one banker working on this day. I had to wait for 30 minutes as no one else in the branch could handle a domestic bank wire. At least the person she was servicing that had lost his credit cards got great service, though can't you report that over the phone? My word the service was so bad it's unspeakable. Unless you need to use the atm, which has a crazy narrow width, avoid this location.

I come to this bank for work everyday to the point ive learned who can do what. Unfortunately i never would consider opening an acct or referring them to any employees because its always 1 teller but 3 people to open up accts. All of their customers complain and the black manager always tells us its nothing she can do and contact the branch manager. I just think after so many complaints u guys would do SOMETHING!
