He is terrible, he really upset me telling me my AirPods, a gift given to me were fake. The rest of the employees are very friendly and helpful. He doesn’t deserve to work at national pawn Due to his lack of knowledge and incorrect assumptions He has about products They Pawn or buy. His communication and technical skills are not qualified for him to be assistant manager.

Both came with a 30-day warranty, and 6 months later they are still working at their full potential. Sotero went above and beyond to help me choose the right headset. Brought in an engagement ring with a very high quality center stone. The ring was evaluated incorrectly including the wrong size diamond and wrong quality. Was offered 1200. Took the ring to another reputable place and was offered 3,000. This place is a complete ripoff with highly untrained staff.

So I have been going to national pawn on Capital boulevard in Raleigh North Carolina for over at least 6 to 10 years. I refuse to go to any other pawn shop. The service is beyond excellent. They honestly strive to make sure their customers leave happy. I stopped by national pawn today to look for a saxophone for my husband, and truthfully I was not having a very good day. However one of the employees, ( Lindsey Jones ) and decided in her mind that she was going to give her usual 100% customer service and also find away to add just a little bit of her joy to my day.
