My experience with this business with my realtor Sherry Braslau was excellent. Not only did I receive a fair value for my property but her advice in guiding me through this whole process was invaluable. Susan Gragg did a remarkable job of helping us find a great home in a difficult market. She demonstrated a detailed knowledge of local neighborhoods helping us understand advantages and disadvantages of the different areas we searched. Not a good experience. My confidential information was shared in a negative way by one of the agents. She did not seem to care; she did not offer an apology or a solution to fix her actions. With that said I would not recommend this company for any future business. The agent needs to know there are employment policies companies should follow it called "Rules of Conduct." Perhaps this company need to review the rules.

Buying a house at the top of the market is not an easy task. From the very start, Lynn and his assistant Kathy were amazing in helping to empower me to make smarter decisions during one of my life’s big moments as a first time homeowner. I never expected to learn as much as I did during the home-buying process, but that is largely due to the fact that Lynn took the time and effort to provide me with educational guidance to make informed decisions, which I have a tremendous amount of appreciation and respect for. The level of service his team provides is truly remarkable. ANYTIME there was a house I wanted to see, they moved fast since houses were practically flying off the market during the pandemic. He negotiated and helped me to obtain my new home, working hard to coordinate contractor bids to make sure things like repairs were fair and reasonable. Lynn explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the lender and title company. He was committed to doing everything possible to help me through the process, and get me to the closing in the quickest time. Lynn was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find a great home that fit right in my price range!

I seriously wish I could post more stars! We worked with Shawn Alvarez to find a house in San Antonio, and I can honestly say, after several interstate moves, we have never had a better real estate agent. I don't post reviews often, but everyone should know how amazing she is. She is super patient and accommodating, and she really listened to what we wanted. We had a limited amount of time in SA to find a house, and she always made herself available based on our schedule. We had a long list of criteria that even I would have been frustrated with, and she found it to be no problem at all and went to work. She made the buying process as smooth as possible, and made everything super easy for us. On top of everything else, after the sale was complete, she continued to check on our house during the time we had to go back to Chicago to pack up, and she even received deliveries for us! I have never, ever had someone help us so much and continue such an extraordinary level of service after the sale went through. We chose Phyllis Browning because of the good reviews, but I had no idea how much they were for real until we worked with Shawn. Highly, highly recommend both Phyllis Browning and Shawn Alvarez! They clearly go way above and beyond.

Which is most important considering the buying pressure in todays market. The home I purchased was on the market for less than 12 hours.
