Frost Bank Austin Hwy, San Antonio

I went in just needing a name change and a direct deposit letter and I was immediately greeted by Mr. Caine B. His demeanor with me was extremely different compared to others and got the up and down look quickly judging me. He told one of the gentleman that was going to approach me to not help me. It wasn’t until the lady that was up there approached me and immediately helped me. I can’t remember her name but I am extremely grateful for the quick service and respect she showed me. I will never come back to this location.

Waited 20 minutes inside just to cash a check that was a Frost check with no customers inside! Took 10 min just for someone to acknowledge my presence

This is my go to location. I have never had a bad experience at the Austin Highway bank. Great staff who are genuinely interested in making my banking experience good. I recommend Frost bank as a company and I highly recommend this location.

I do not bank here at all but I absolutely will in the future. I came in here today to cash a check that was given to me from a colleague and from the minute I walked in to the minute I left everyone was super friendly. When I told him I just wanted to cash a check no one rolled their eyes or grunted, no one came and tried to get me to sit down with the banker to open up a bank account. And there was no fee to cash the check! It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a bank that I do not bank with. What an excellent customer service experience beginning to end.

WOW ! I’m 23 and didn’t know I could open a checking account on my frost app. Thank you Mrs. Taylor Benavides for providing the upmost professional care and not getting annoyed with me. PS: The ‘make a new checking account’ was in HUGE font on the home page of the Frost app I use everyday to check my own accounts ..... I wish I could of tipped her over the phone.

Horrible service. Waited 30 minutes before someone asked me if I needed help. I told them what I was there for and I was asked to wait again. So many workers and only one person working. Terrible terrible service. Very disappointed!!!!
