Highly recommend this place. Sam Douglas is a great person and a very good and honest saleswoman. She helped us through the whole process and was very attentive. She went above and beyond. We are in love with the vehicle we bought.

Fantastic service! I was in need of financing a used vehicle and had checked out a few dealerships around town, unfortunately I wasn’t getting the help I needed. On a whim, I decided to check out A Motors (right around the corner from where I live) and was able to get the service I was looking for. Adrian spent a great deal of time and care in helping get my title straightened for my old vehicle to trade in, and Muhammad went above and beyond in helping me get financed.

Sam Douglas at A motor sale on 5630 san pedro was a great help. My wife and I have a good reliable car. Everything with the car is great radio work ac heater windows. They even help us with afford monthly payments. Everything was easy with paperwork. They even help us with finding a good full coverage insurance company also with afford price for our vehicle.

I agree with the previous comments. DO NOT GO HERE!!! To start we sent all our information for 1 vehicle and was only interested in that make and model. Once we get to that location the The vehicle is not even there. Instead we were taken to the back of the shady place and was shown an older vehicle, w/ more miles and they were pushing us to buy this one. we told them we were not interested. The manager was upset and rude was trying to be intimidating , we insisted on seeing the other vehicle (which was at a different location) went to look at it and it was fine. go back to the first location the manager was very rude was insisting we purchased a vehicle but was not willing to do a trade-in I very much very much do not like this manager very rude had a ugly vibe and very pushy we left right away.

The process was the fastest ever.. Lee professionally came out to greet me in the parking lot which was great. All the paperwork was done professionally and quick. Al-Abdullah offered great customer service also finishing up all the paperwork quickly and professionally. Great dealership I would tell anyone if u looking for a great car for a great price go to A Motors sale in San Antonio. Thanks guys.

Wouldn’t recommend. I bought a car there about a 1 1/2 ago that I’ve had to repair the vehicle constantly since I got it. I have come out of so much money on this vehicle and it is still giving me the same problem I left the lot with that they tried to tell me didn’t exist.

We had a pleasant relaxed experience at one of their multiple locations. Everyone on the team was very helpful and informative. Zero slick pressure sales like at other dealerships I tried before ending up here at A Motors Sales and Finance on 5630 San Pedro Avenue. Darryl Tate and Aaron McWilliams did a great team work as my salesmen. Both were huge help while my husband was explaining to them exactly what he was looking for which it was something very reliable,not too high mileage,on the inexpensive side cause this was gonna be a vehicle specific only to work. After checking their inventory they found me a 2017 FORD F-150 XLT with under 36,000 miles. They answered all our questions and doubts my husband and I had about the truck and the financial options available. After coming from the test drive we decided to go for it and they made our experience stress free. The finance department and the owners were also very helpful and attentive. Surprisingly the financing part of the purchase was much quicker than expected. Definitely coming back when we need a family vehicle.

I emailed the guys about a few different vehicles at almost midnight. I got 2 different tesponses within mins. Maybe i was just lucky but it was great. Filled out an application for credit. Knowing my situation was going to be tight. . . I let them know upfront my situation. They were on top of it from that first conversation. End the end they got me approved with a minimal down payment on the car i wanted. I appreciate the way they did business. The sales team is great. DEREK made it easy.

at first I thought this would be a good place to purchase a vehicle, but after awhile it just seemed weird to me like making a $500 payment over the phone just to take the car off the lot so no one else buys it until I get there, not having to sign anything or get a receipt for it. I asked if I had to put $500 & they said yes but my friend only put $50? Regardless, I personally never heard of it. Maybe it’s a thing. Very rude & short tempered financial guy, place was unprofessional. Id go to bills auto & sales, their very helpful, very nice customer service & got me in the car that I actually wanted.

Called and ask if vehicle is available they said yes Fill out the app and still said didn't want to drive Out if car was not available and still said yes Sam Douglas sales lady Why would they run your credit and make you come like if your just gonna grab any other vehicle don't don't fill anything without looking at It first

I recently found a nice car and sam Douglas the best help ever she was so kind and understandable of the credit situation that they work with me to take my dream car, with no credit and low payments!!!They are great and I the best in town!!! I will come back for sure!!!

They had a cool car I really wanted, litteraly just appeared on the lot. I called and asked if it was available, they told me it was, and I came to see it. I get there, and the vehicle was taken to auction with no prior warning. They tell me if the car doesnt sell theyll let me know after already leaving me out to dry. After several days of contacting them trying to get any info or work out a deal with no reply, I came to find out they sold it. Awful communication, poor management, avoid if you can

I recently bought a supercharged Mustang at this location. Not only was I in love with the car, it was reasonably priced and then they also worked with me on the price even more. Tito and Abraham were very polite, courteous and patient with me as I debated the purchase, no high pressure at all. I was also pleased with their overall inventory. Would definitely and probably buy another car here again. Loved the car, loved the customer service.

If your in the market for a luxury but affordable car come here!! Al helped me out with what I was looking for he let me pick the car I wanted & went out of his way to get it done!! Chris was amazing with insuring that I got approved with an affordable payment per month!!!! The easiest deal I have ever done in my life no hassles no run around did exactly what I needed!!!! I have purchased a vehicle here before and I have had it since 2013 and it still runs like a champ. I just purchased my secondary vehicle that I am in love with!! Definitely recommend this dealership. Harden was great and very patient with us. No pressure put on you by the sales staff or financing department.
