PFCU (Lansing) Migaldi Ln, Lansing

We have been customers of PFCU for several years. We started with them when our credit wasn't great and they worked with us and were able to get us loans when no one else would help. Because of their help, we were able to rebuild our credit. I will continue to use PFCU moving forward. Every experience I have had with anyone in the branch has been stellar and I would recommend this organization to anyone!

I went to pfcu to apply for a car loan and they did a awesome job of getting me a loan with a very low interest rate they were very helpful and went above and beyond for everything Ellie was really helpful and April was very helpful at the west Saginaw branch I wouldn’t hesitate to apply again in the future Keith Tate.

I had a wonderful experience here. We went through PFCU for our two loans and the customer service is top notch. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else, the approval processes was extremely easy and Kaitlyn Williams was so friendly, informative and went above and beyond.

Been a member for years with several loans, checking, and a credit card. Don't live close to them but have remanded loyal. Never had any issues deposting a check until today when I tried deposting my stimulus check because I'm married and the one who signed it. Never an issue before now it was even offered to FaceTime my husband and he could verify himself if that's what they needed then that wasn't enough kept moving the goal posts on me. Finally asked if it's because we are gay men and she acted offended I would say that. I find it hard to believe all these stimulus checks going out and have more then one name and they hassle everyone then change from he needs to sign it to we need to see him to you need a joint account. Will be closing my account I don't do bigots. Deposited it into my, just mine, lafcu checking without any hassle.
