I just want to compliment the online banking team. I have had a horrible accident and they have been prompt on answering My questions and providing me with whatever I have needed for a smooth transition on paying off my car. I appreciate their hard work and efforts. Especially Corey and Suzy. Isla has been very helpful at my home branch as well.

Not a great experience. Be careful when dealing with this company. Mortgages from deceased people get foreclosure with no remorse. You can try to rectify the situation. They will not call you back. Then you find out the shady business. It's a risk with this company.The loan officer Kimberly is the worst for not returning or acknowledging my calls.

Just started a new job in Mason and needed an new checking account as I've been hacked and had to close all my accounts I've worked in the Harley industry for 20 yrs and used LAFCU for a lot of my loans so I thought I would open my new account with them they always took good care of my clients. So I go into the Cedar street location in Mason, Mi mind you other than two employee's there is not a customer in sight. I go to the teller and say I'd like to open a new checking account Both employee's almost in unison say..... YOU NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT??? Now there is not anyone in this bank other than myself and two employee's there was no one in the drive thru either. To say the least i was appalled. I've worked in TN,TX,FL,OH in the last 10 years and always open a local account. I've opened numerous accounts all over this fine land. It did work out for the best. I went to 5th 3rd met very personable young lady and was out in 15 minutes with my new account.

I've been a LAFCU member for over 30 years. When we moved to Florida in 2008 we decided to keep our LAFCU account for a little while. Well, we still have it today. Our experience as long distance members has been amazing. Anytime we call the branch for assistance the team is always courteous and able to assist with our needs. Thank you LAFCU!

I've always really liked LAFCU, but there are two areas where I think you've gone wrong. One is the drive throughs, and having no dedicated ATM lines. This causes longer lines and slower service for those who just choose to use the ATM. Second is you're new online web page. I really think it's terrible. The old design was simpler and cleaner. And let's face it, KISS usually works!

I have had 2 car loans through them. I’m a younger kid and it has been a life saver. I have a great job and I’m able to make my payments on my brand new Jeep. I am thankful for LAFCU because they have made it possible for me to get to work every single day and be proud of what I am working hard for.

I'm going to tell you I have been a customer of yours for 25 plus years I'm so disappointed and disgusted at your automated system the lack of personal attention to people is appalling. You keep using our pandemic as an excuse for not talking to people on the phone let alone all you do is want us to call back later or you call us back and put us on hold as you advertise more business what happened to personal attention someone picking up the phone and talking. Seriously considering pulling all my money and loans from you!!!

My car loan was with LAFCU and since 2 years ago I never had to call them until last week. I decided to pay off the loan and called them last week, I talked to a lady first I made a payment and I asked her multiple times about my automatic payment and she said I won’t get charged anymore! Well guess what, I was charged again. I called back and talked to a guy this time and he said he will call me with a solution the day after, he never called! The customer service is horrible, they don’t follow up. They just care if they get to charge you. I’m not satisfied at all with their customer service and the only reason I’m not giving it one star is because it helped me to buy my car back in time.

While wait times can be long inside and in the drive thru which is really I explainable I still enjoy my experience. Online banking has been upgraded and it is great. Very easy to use.
