Lindsey was awesome! She was very kind and professional. I called in because I did not understand why my payment went up. She took her time to explain to me how escrow works and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. Best mortgage company I have had my house with since I got it!

I have only been with Affiliate mortgage services for a short period of time but I am so pleased with the service that I have been given. Lindsay has been so helpful and patient when helping me to set up my online account. I appreciate greatly what she did for me.

This company is the most unprofessional, impersonal and unresponsive I have ever dealt with. Every single time I have attempted to reach someone for assistance, it is 3 weeks to a month before I receive a response. When I finally get a response, it is one department pawning me off on another department and away I go in circles. I have sent them my marriage license several times (I was married in 2017) and they still have not changed my name. I will be reporting this company over and over until something is done! They should be ashamed of themselves and if I could, I would give them 0 stars!

This mortgage company is the worst, I switched homeowners insurance and they were so inexperienced with everything, nothing went right on their end, they made the whole switching experience so difficult, not to mention how they lost my payment 2 other times which I wrote a review about that before and don’t see it, I wish habitat can get a new mortgage lender, they don’t have the right to lose payments, charge a late fee, then collect another payment, then Find the original check and apply both payments the same month on top of the late fee. They are terrible

This company looses checks, cashes checks and doesn't apply to the account, claims to not receiving payment on time even if you send the payment the same day as you receive the bill (2 weeks before it's due), has fees for automatic, phone, internet payment; and loves to impose late fees when it's their own fault. They are scamming fees and extra payments from clients' of a non-profit organization. I am surprised they are still in business.

I have had my mortgage for over 11 years. There are late fees on my account that should not be there. I called and emailed affiliate April 15 and just heard back from them yesterday. Lindsey returned my call and was very rude and unprofessional. Issue is still not resolved. I asked to talk to her supervisor and she refused and said she was the only person I could talk to. I asked for my documents (to help understand where my money is at)to be emailed to me since the phone conversations were not going well, she sent me a consent to email but the terms on it included me having to receive my monthly statements by email as well. I didn’t want that so I explained that, to Lindsey via email. She emailed (email communication🤔) me back saying that they can’t email me if I don’t consent to all of the terms of the prior email she sent. Whoever is over Lindsey please reach out to your customers. We are not ok.

They have either lost my payments every month or never received them or not applied them since the day they took over the mortgage. I pay my mortgage a month in advance yet they claim to never receive them and apply late fees. How is that possible?! How can you lose Every payment? Where do they go? And why the shady employees??

I have been so happy with the customer service I receive from the company! Everyone has always been so helpful and I never have to wait more than a day for a call back if for some reason they dont answer my call! They are always more than willing to work with me on my mortgage and during covid this has been such a huge help!

I have always had good experience with AMS customer services, especially when I need help on my escrow analysis statements each year. Escrow analysis is confusing and AMS customer services have always patiently explained everything to me. They are a great mortgage service company to have for my mortgage.

Mr.Rob was very patient and awesome in navigating me through the different hurdles we had for well over 30 minutes!💙
