Tom, the loan officer, was awesome. He helped me throughout this process. He tried to get me the best deal and I truly belive he did get me the best deal. I can't thank Tom enough. The staff at Petra Cephas are excellent, Mamta and Antonio in particular. Mamta is quite a busy person, and could occasionally take some time to get back to a call or email, but only a reasonable amount of time. When she does get back to you the information is thorough and she is happy to answer whatever questions you have. I had a lot more interaction with Antonio, who is a great guy who is also a great lender. I was a first time home buyer and Antonio helped me navigate through everything with patience and a great attitude. I ask a lot of questions and not only did he answer them thoughtfully and thoroughly but he was always happy to do so. He also made himself available and never missed an appointment, or forgot to (quickly) return a rare missed call. I would highly recommend Antonio to anyone looking to buy a home. He and Petra Cephas were very helpful!
