Chase Bank Easton Ave, Somerset

Truly terrible staff. Manager asked me from across the bank how much my wire transfer was for. That is a private matter—I do not feel comfortable announcing it to everyone in the bank. Immature adults working at this location.

I’ve been banking at this location for almost 40 years as it went through changes. I have been happy with Chase. The employees are always cordial and helpful. No complaints.

I do not recommend this Chase since they don’t value their customers at all. My checking account was compromised and I came to this Chase Branch for help. They refused to service since there were “only” 40 minutes left before closing. Thanks to them, $40k was ACH transferred out of my account that night.

Horrible customer service. most of staff including manager don't care about customer or business...one of the least knowledgeable staff in area....

Started out As a pretty decent branch. However now it has turned into a nightmare, I'm very seriously thinking about moving my accounts over to another bank. I avoid the branch as much as I can, However for business accounts sometimes you have to deal with the branch employees it is and this place has the worst!!

Not a bank I like to go to... too bad we don’t have options in this area. Rude front tellers who clearly don’t want to be there. The gentleman was nice but the young lady just looked like she’s there because she has no choice. Truly, too bad there aren’t other better banks or else I’d move my money...

Unfortunately I live close to this Branch so no other choice to go. Cashier,s are rude as hell.

This is the only bank that wants to see your drivers license when making a $5 cash deposit
