Wells Fargo Bank NJ, Somerset

I have been a Wells Fargo Customer for many years and this Branch has the best customer service and bankers of any branch! Answered all my questions and more! 10/10 Would Recommend

I stopped by this branch to notarize a few documents. Jennifer Rojas was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. She provided outstanding customer service. Thank you Jennifer.

I have never had such bad service at a branch location before. The notary at this branch has no idea how to do her job. She asked me to get my attorney on the phone before she could notarize a document. I did as she asked and had my attorney speak to her. She knows how difficult it is to get an attorney on the phone. Even after my attorney spoke to her and explained in detail what the document was going to be used for, she refused to notarize the document. I have been sitting at the branch for more than 30 minutes while the banker and the manager are trying to figure out what to do. This is unacceptable.

Can someone somehow let us know when the atm is not working.

Worst wells fargo I have ever seen. Closed two accounts because of rude staff and very very poor customer service. Always long lines and manager dont even care and listen for customers.

We had to wait more than 1 hr though we had an appointment. Banker were doing chit-chatting to the other customer though they know that there are many ppl waiting in the lobby. some ppl left as they were tired af waiting. Really bad experience.

I have been coming to the Somerset location for 5 years now. Every time I walk in the door I am greeting so politely! Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. Edy helped me today and she was very nice! I would highly recommend coming to Somerset Wells Fargo!

****(No stars) I’m forced just to help others and post this message*** Wells Fargo bank is horrible. The customers are the victims. The employees at the branch have poor customer service skills. Please bank elsewhere if you don’t want money that is unexplainably missing from your account. I’ve banked for over 6 years and it’s been a headache after the next with this bank and their employees. Do your research on the bank you want to bank with before you make your choice.

This is the worst Wells Fargo I have ever been to. The ATMs inside are always broken, and they still have not fixed the areas where people broke into it. Always a terrible experience every time

If this is the last branch on planet, then I would prefer to keep my money at home. Even though somebody steals it. That's fine. Atleast I dont have to see rude and worst employees at this branch.
