Branch is one of the best!! They are courteous and friendly and employees go out of their way to assist you. One in particular is Kristen who is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure that any issues you have are taken care of completely. She does not leave you hanging in the middle of an issue. She is extremely courteous when dealing with me or a family member. I appreciate this about her.

Gary at PFFCU in Nazareth was amazing! I went in there to pay my old car loan and open a new one, and I didn't have an appointment but Gary helped me. Gary was super friendly and explained everything and made sure I understood.

The Nazareth branch is always courteous and friendly. I came in frantic when my check book didn’t balance and Lizzy helped me compare my ledger to the computer and we balanced it together. She was very patient and personable, she always is! She’s my favorite teller to go to!

Update: I raised my review to a 5 star because as promised a representative got back to me by the end of the day. It’s seem are having issues with the automated phone system and I was able to help them because of my experience. I still recommend PFFCU. I've been a customer for over 10 years and everything has been great until recently. I have been trying for a week to get a hold of someone and get put on hold. After 20 mins I hang up. I just need a simple question answered but now I have to drive to the bank which is not convenient for a simple questions.

Amy B was great. Scheduled a last minute appointment to setup an account and they promptly got me in and out in less than 30 mins. Amy was super personable and made my first time at PFFCU feel very welcoming

I have had financial deals with People First credit union Nazareth branch 3 separate times within 12 years. Each and every time the experience has been EXTREMELY POSITIVE! All the folks at the branch are great and especially Gary Moser! Gary is the loan officer and makes you feel right at home and not in a fake way. He is a VERY genuine person and EXTREMELY personable! Very unexpected for a person in such a position. I always look forward to seeing him whenever I'm into the branch. All the folks at the Nazareth branch are always extremely helpful. I have never done business with People First before, but due to the Experience we had yesterday with Amy Bresnak, we will be transferring some of our other Accounts to People First. Amy was SO POLITE, KNOWLEDGABLE, PROFESSIONAL & HELPFUL that it Impressed My Husband & I very much and to decide to switch somethings to People First. I normally stay with Companies or Business 20 plus years, because when I find a Company that I like and that Cares about their Customers I stay with them, because that's something HARD to find. I think Amy should be commended for what she does & we will DEFINITELY will be encouraging Family, Friends & Church Family to try People "FIRST", that's a Good Name for them, because she Did put us FIRST. Amy needs to think about teaching others and other companies about putting your customers needs FIRST. We're going to continue to see if this lasts and IF it does, then People FIRST will have ALL of our business including some of Our Family, Friends & Church Family, because we look out for others also.

I decided to refinance my vehicle loan and made an appointment with people first.The representative gary mozer was more than nice. He was professional,curious,and very knowledgeable. Not only did he lower my rates but also got me money back from gap insurance I would of never known about.If you want someone to explain everything thoroughly and with understanding and can trust. The downright absolute worst customer service of any bank I've ever been with. Any time I stop at a location the tellers take forever, are rude or seem disinterested, then when I call customer service tell me they can't send information over to a car dealership over the phone despite telling them twice that I needed it faxed over. Oh and if your even a week late with your loan repayment they will hound you at least once a day with extremely rude collection agents. DO NOT do business with peoples first

I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany and she was extremely helpful. I came in thinking I was making a simple bank transaction and she made suggestions that turned it into so much more. Great customer service experience.

We love people’s first credit union! We have worked with Gary twice now. He is very knowledgeable and heplful! He helped us become members and recently helped us get a personal loan for home repairs on our new home! Highly recommend peoples first!
