It’s all about money. We all know that debts has to be paid when settling inheritance. Each and everyone debt is their own. Our debt where blabbering out of her mouth like it was ok. You when some people get information can’t wait to gossip, yeah. One on one we should have been call to discuss that debt before monies taking out of your part of the inheritance. I wasn’t notified. Went to pick up my check and she she was so proud to have gotten this debt from 9000 to 5000+. I looked at her and said that’s not me. Name was right, everything else wrong. Personal word was said. Listen to this, she said I didn’t know that . Of course, you don’t know me or my family. I didn’t accept the check. She said, take this part of the check and we will have to get the 5000+ back. Lol!! Wasn’t funny! You’re talking about professionalism. Privacy act, fees I didn’t need the money, I left. My time is precious. Week or so later she called with all my money apologizing for all their wrong doing. Watch your fees 250 per sibling x10 was charged

They are absolutely amazing and just such genuine people! I felt like I have known them forever and they treated me like they knew me forever too. Such southern hospitality! They also are so knowledgeable and just so real with you! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I have worked with this company for years professionally and personally. There has never been a problem and they are truly the nicest people who will do everything they can for you. They really know what they are doing and I just trust them with everything.

Terrible, Terrible customer service. On our initial meet and great, everything was fine. Appeared to have handled our needs and requests with a smile. There was a few days of "behind the scenes" legal paperwork that needed to be completed by the "on call" attorney Brendan Konouck before the documents could be finalized in our closing and he assured us that it would be a quick turn around without any problems. After 1 month of waiting on something that could have been completed by Mr. Konouck in a matter of hours, we started to get very frustrated with Peninsula Title. County Supervisors, builders, and land owners continued to call Mr. Konoucks work number, personal cell, and Peninsula Title with no return calls. I spoke with office staff at Peninsula Title several times and was promised return calls but I never received not one. I confronted a representative of Peninsula title with the issues and they completely brushed the problem off on Mr. konouck as if they had nothing to do with it even though their place of business was where our appointment had taken place. I had to threaten legal force before everything magically appeared completed in less than 24 hours. When we went back to finalize the documents, Mr. Konkouch was no where to be found. Stay away from Peninsula Title and Brendan Konouck..

Robin is the best and helped make the closing experience go smooth and full of laughs. She keeps it real and was well prepared and ready to go when we showed up.

The closing went great. A few months down the road I had a question and the lady who answered the phone was awful. She talked to me like I am stupid. I will not recommend this company to friends or family.
