    The evening male teller stated my check needed verification, after 5 minutes he asks me for the company’s number then said he couldn’t verify . I watched pick and choose who’s checks he needed to call the company and verify. After being told he couldn’t cash it , I took it to another payomatic, was verified and cashed all within 5 minutes.

    Right across the street from the INN, that's the holiday inn across the street. You for what ever reason gotta get your hands on some bread(money) no fear. Theses fine people have been busting checks since forever...they got you.

    I think one of the cashiers is stealing the change in one of the counters. She gave me the money from my check and took the change for herself, I said nothing but watch out!! Friday 03/29/2019 9:00pm

    If you say you close at 9pm, don’t have the doors locked at 8:45. That means you close at 8:45 (or 8:30?) Otherwise, I have been getting money orders here for years and they are great. Just don’t lie to me about your availability.

    Sasha(sp?) at this location needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY for making a DIRECT, SNIDE, and RACIST remark to a 'white' customer! As a recent victim of a grand larceny, and needing to cash a paycheck, she would not let me speak to upper management to resolve a straightforward, simple issue regarding my ID's (which I had), instead treating me as a criminal, when I was the victim of the crime. Apparently management isn't available 24 hours to help in situations? The toll free number also conveniently goes unanswered. After today, it was clear, PAY-O-MATIC doesn't care about ACTUAL situations, or it's ACTUAL customers... they care ONLY about making money!! It's Sunday, and I will take steps to resolve cashing my check myself. In the meantime, again, Sasha needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY for her DIRECT, RACIST REMARKS, and I will personally be in contact with upper management until she is, and until there is a policy in place assisting 'customers' who are victims of a crime!! Do not patronize this store, or ANY.... PAY-O-MATIC!

    I had a bad experience there, I received my cash and when I came at home I realized my money wasn't complete... the guy took 20 bucks for himself....
