I have to say that she unfailingly has the best in class pieces and a wide, inclusive and diverse variety to satisfy customers from all ends of the jewelry procuring spectrum. It’s refreshing to find a jeweler who will take the extra effort to find a particular piece (or pieces) for her clients when on the very seldom occasion she doesn’t happen to have what the client wanted but was not in her present inventory. The other amazing thing that further sets her apart is that she will aggressively search the industry to find the client’s request and delivers in only a few days! There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that she is by far the best the market has to offer. I don’t go anywhere else. In fact, I refer all my friends and my family to her. She is a true gem!

These guys are the straight business. They give the best value on loans. Nobody has ever given me a better deal. Karry really knows his watches and the bargains on used jewelry are top notch. I probably know every pawnbroker on the Eastern seaboard and these folks top em all.

He was helpful, he was personable and he didn't make you feel like you were getting ripped off like alot of these places do. If you go inside ask for him And he didn't ask me to write this and I don't know him personally but I come from the camp if someone does right by you then you take the time to show your appreciation for them going above and beyond.

Never doing business with them again bought a gold chain from them last May for $200 turns out to be too fragile for my use after losing none of the Weight or lengthi brought it back to them and they offered me $30 telling me it's was not thes carat Weight they sold it to me as Reporting their assses to the Attorney generals office.

Called to redeem my ticket on the Monday before pickup. Was told I can retrieve my item by 10am on the second business day. I arrive at 12pm on the Thursday after I called to retrieve my pawn only to be told to come back before they close. When I told the manager this was not possible, he told me he didn’t care and to get out of his store. I said I will wait for my item. Nobody came in or left the store while I waited. After 20 minutes the manager said he has my item. Gee all of a sudden it was available?. Before turning over my $$$ I requested he test the diamonds in my presence. Happily everything was ok. Be wary of shady actions by the store manager.

I always check Gem because I can always find great pieces at great prices. I was reconnected with Ligia, the sales manager at the 8th Ave store, who I hadn't seen since she was in the downtown Brooklyn store years ago! Liggia took care of us.
