I bought a beautiful ring and bracelet from there and I had the most amazing experience! Everyone was so helpful and very attentive. Christian helped me pick out the items with me, helped me with different styles and all within my budget!! Very nice staff and amazing costumer service. The place was very clean and full of inventory. I highly recommend to all my friends and I’ll be buying and selling from here again !

This pawn shop was one of the cleanest and extremely well organized store to say the least. The employee's were GREAT, they treat the customers with the utmost respect and they make you feel like family. The loan amount was beyond fair, DEFINETLY higher than I had expected.

Love this location. The store manager Christian was very helpful and was able to help me get what I needed. My truck was broken into and my cars column was damaged by the low lifes. I called and asked for a quote on my Rifle to a few places but Christian was by far the most informative and explained the process perfectly. He was able to quote me more than what I needed for unexpected expenses. I will continue to do business with you guys. Thank you for being there for me and my family.

I went in on an emergency basis and needed needed cash fast. Haileigh help me and not only was she super sweet and helpful I was able to get a good affordable price on the items I sold. Honestly to say one of the best pawnshops I have been in the valley! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone and it’s worth the drive, Fyi I live in the surprise area.

These guys are great! This place is equipped with a staff full of amazing personalities and unmatched customer service. I’d never go to any other shop but this one in the valley. I actually have a great time every single visit no matter my reason for being there. The entire staff and company takes great care of their customers!

They don't even deserve the star I HAVE TO PUT ON IT!!!!! SMFH. Heres why: I have pawned a lot with this business and have gotten them out no problems each time. I always came to them nobody else. Today i call to get one of my two pawned items extended until Wednesday(which they have done before with no problems) as i planned on getting both items out of pawn. Like everyone else due to covid-19 my family has been very affected and dealing with some financial issues. When i spoke to the lady she tells me she sold my item mind you it was over the weekend today is now Monday only TWO DAYS and they've sold it !!

I sold my ps4 here last week and I had a really fantastic experience, all due to the amazing staff member Hayleigh. She was super helpful and she did absolutely everything to make sure that I got a fair price (my ps4 had seen better days). I’ve been coming to this location for years and honestly it’s so refreshing to walk into a store that the employees are like a team and all work together and make sure you have a great time even if it’s a small 5 minute interaction. And even with covid they still try to make sure you have a great experience as well as keeping you safe with rules and regulations in place. Absolutely would recommend.
