    Been with this bank just over 10 years. I was told that they were new to Arizona, that it was a free checking account and that since they were new, they would reimburse me for any outside ATM fees. Since signing up with them, the two branches near where I live have closed with in the last 5 years. Closest branch to my home is now 19 miles away and they no longer reimburse ATM fees. They also say that they have change machines free to members, but that havent worked in a while. Thank goodness I found this all out prior to refinancing my home, Time to go back to the bank I was prior to them. Very sad to leave, but a right decision.

    I went into Midfirst with my father in law in 2017 for him to open a new account. He had been with Wells Fargo and every time he went into the bank, it was new faces. Nothing personal… the staff did not know you and a constant turn over. I had experienced the same thing as a customer there as well. I knew the from the minute we sat down in Midfirst it was a completely different environment! Telisha and Vince as well as the rest if the staff are great to work with! Always a hello by name. If you call the branch, the phone is answered by a staff member! It is so nice to have the personal relationship and seeing the same people there over the years! We have opened personal as well as business accounts and could not be happier with choosing Midfirst!

    The best decision I ever made was to come to MidFirst Bank. I especially can't say enough great things about Telisha Jensen. She started both mine and my father's accounts. Through the years she is always been on top of things. When she feels there's better opportunities, she notifies us. She's such a joy to talk with. She has shown to be such a warm caring and positive person. Out of the banks I have been with through The years this is by far one of the best choices.

    My husband and I have been banking at this location for 4 or 5 years now. Been with Midfirst I think 7 or 8 years. Kind, and honest bankers are hard to find these days but Telisha is by far the most amazing banker/manager I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with. She has helped us so much over the years, opening more accounts and eventually we want to open our own business so ALL of our banking needs we will not go to any other branch besides this one. Jan and Patrick are amazing as well and always remember my husband and I whenever we come in(or through the drive thru)as well as our 2 children. Thanks so much again. We truly do appreciate all of you!

    Vince picks and chooses who he would like to give lenience to. Conveniently is always busy when a phone call is made asking for him and now I remember why I closed my account in the first place. T Elisha should be the manager of that location not him. Will not recommend anyone here nor bank here again

    Personal, Relationship banking is what this branch is all about. I have been banking with MidFirst for 6 years. Telisha at this branch opened my accounts for me and 6 years later she is still there. Vince, Patrick and the rest of the crew are so amazing. Each of them recognize me and call me by name whether I am in the drive up window or inside at a Teller. For the staff and leadership to have a personal connection with their clients and the stability of seeing the same faces year after year makes me feel the trust and confidence needed in a bank where I have both personal and business accounts. In a world where we are mostly just a number I appreciate the professional relationship my banking partners have with me and my business.

    I absolutely love the staff at this branch. I have been a customer for over 4 years, and have never been disappointed. I had the pleasure of working with Talisha during a wire transfer recently, and not only was she informative, but very helpful. I highly recommend using this team for all your banking needs!

    I found myself at MidFirst Bank because I needed a safety deposit box. Not many other bank branches have safe deposit boxes but MidFirst does. Initially I wasn’t crazy about the requirement I would need to open a deposit account to get a safe deposit box, but I am very glad I now have 2 accounts at MidFirst. I was helped my Telisha Jensen who couldn’t have been a better ambassador for her employer. She was very personable while maintaining perfect professionalism. She was able to walk me through the process effortlessly and quickly while learning more about my banking needs. In what seemed to be no time at all I had keys to my box, learned more about how MidFirst could help me meet my goals and was educated on the benefits of a local full-service brick-and-mortar branch. I can’t remember a better banking experience actually. I wasn’t sold anything I didn’t want. I wasn’t pressured about products that didn’t interest me. It was a eye-opening experience how poorly other banks have been treating people for so long. Thank you Ms. Jensen!”

    I have been visiting this branch for a little over two years now. My first experience back then was the branch manager (Vince) who took the time out of his day to answer several questions and also to notarize a document. He never made me feel rushed or that he was too busy to take care of me. I have also had several pleasant experiences with one of the tellers named Jan, who's always so friendly and personable. Then today, my wife and I met Telisha for the first time and we received the same friendly and patient service. I appreciate the staff at this branch very much. The people working here really seem to care and go out of their way to help--no matter how simple or tedious the request.

    I’ve banked with various Chase Banks and Wells Fargo banks and none even come close to MidFirst Bank. The difference of service was even more highlighted because of the pandemic. Vince and Telisha are a dream team that literally get everything done super efficiently. I love that they are knowledgeable with all of their banking and loan products. I look forward to building my personal and business relationship with MidFirst, especially this branch!
