Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at a pawnshop. Tish and Nancy were both great and helped me find the right gift for my wife’s birthday. They both had great ideas along with helping me find the right piece of jewelry and the store was super clean for a pawnshop! I would highly recommend visiting the store it has some pretty cool stuff in it for great prices. Thanks again ladies you saved me!!!

I am editing this review because I no longer think this place has any class. Because of an old manager John who accepted an iPhone I sold to them and because I was unable to pay to get it out at the time, they blocked my account and anyone who’s with me gets denied services as well. AZ EZ Pawn is the place to go. Pawn1st needs to pay me to do business with them…a generous offer at that. Zero stars if I could.

Such an amazing experience and wonderful customer service. They had exactly what I needed and were so helpful and answered all my questions. They staff went above and beyond my expectations. They have layaway and it was such a smooth experience no problem. I will definitely be back ❤️❤️

Refused to take a pc I built because the GPU fan didn’t spin at start up. They won’t spin till the temperature of the GPU is over 60c I showed him the temperature was 50. He refused to listen an continuously said I can’t do business if the fans won’t spin an sorry.

I received loan and it was super fast and easy and Debbie is great and very helpful. New follow up; While I was in the process of paying off my car title loan Pawn 1st sold all car title loans to a online only Car title loan business and after paying the loan off it has been years as I’m still waiting for my new title even though I do have the paid off receipt. I keep just getting the run around from everyone. I would now give them no stars if possible bc they are a scam and Debbie does not even work there any more.

All I can say is, place had a friendly environment right off the bat. As of price range I was skeptical but as soon as Trish came along she was really helpful and showed us everything that we wanted to see and we picked out some few items for my wife and daughter and I just couldn’t walk out without taking them with me, especially since she gave me a price that I couldn’t refuse. Hello all I just want to give a big shoutout to Raz and Taz employees of Pawn1st after making a small purchase that I thought would fit into my car but turned out to be a inch or two to big to fit. These two young ladies went out of their way to assist me and figured out a way to get the item into my car so that I could get my purchase home you guys are so amazing and I appreciate the customer care you both gave me as well as your professionalism. This store has very bad customer service I tried to sell then my bike but they wouldn't take it because it was spray painted. Whaat pawn shop wouldn't take a 3 wheel adult tricycle. I know the reason why they wouldn't take my bike because they discriminating against my disability and they could've taken my bike but they didn't want to take because they was discriminating against my disability. They was gonna offer $30 for the bike

Pawn First is always my first choice when deciding on a Pawn shop to Pawn my items. The prices and negotiations are always above fair. I only got 90$ from something I paid 500 for, and I only used it once it was in mint condition. Other than that, the staff there are incredibly helpful and nice. They actually have a personality instead of being like a robot.

Honestly these guys are awesome. When I walked in I was behind an older couple and the customer service I witnessed made me feel great about selling my guitar to this business. I got a reasonable offer and a good chat. I will be going back to this establishment the next time money runs low for sure. Side note, they have a fantastic collection of old revolvers if you are in the market for one.
