This place is awesome. My wife and I just bought a car from them and we had some issues on our end, but Bob got it handled for us. Bob was the salesman who was so nice and put us at ease at every problem we thought we had with money or paper work. It was so smooth and friendly. Cannot wait to be able to go back and put more money down on one of their front row cars. Check them out you won’t be disappointed.

I spent 3 full days going to car stores and expected to hear the same at this. We can't do anything because of bankruptcy and you have only been at your new job for a month. Surprised the heck out of me! I even waited 6 weeks to do this review because of the horror stories about getting a call to bring the car back because "the bank won't do the loan" BS. Everything Bob told me was true! P.S. Stay away from Chapman!

I didn't believe that they could help me with my credit the way that it is but Bob got me in a good family car. It only took a little more than an hour. I've never had a car deal go that fast even when I've paid cash .

I was very happy with my experience here. i got Patrick as my sales man he was very kind and courteous to my budget and what i was looking to buy. i did not feel pressured to buy a car right then and there in any way or form. Patrick showed me the cars on the lot that where in my budget and explained every detail about them. Had an amazing experience here! Very friendly and very clean environment. I came in not sure what kind of vehicle I wanted. I couldn't decide between an eco-friendly vehicle or an SUV Bob was very helpful in helping me decide which vehicle would be best for my life style. I strongly recommend shopping for a vehicle at this place. Other dealerships pressure you into buying a vehicle that you really dont want and i felt no pressure to buy a vehicle. Bob took his time showing me diffrent options and didnt pressure me into buying one right there and then.

My sister got her car here 2 months ago and I just got mine a few days ago. I got lucky because they just started doing a 3 year warranty. Sis only got 1 year. Ha! I win, again! Bob and Patrick have been great

I cannot express how much if a positive experience this was !! Patrick is the kindest person and very helpful ! I walked in very unsure of what I wanted. Never once was I pressured or guided to certain cars for the sale . Not at all like the stresses of a regular car dealer. So I test drove a few on my list and without a single doubt, left with my camaro within 2 hours. I highly recommend them !! Thank you both so very much !

I was with Cactus Jacks for 2 years. I can't say that it was always a positive experience yet I can't speak negative either. I have worked for Buy Here Pay Here places and all I can say in their defense is that they are a great opportunity if you have no credit or bad credit. The payment and APR might be high but the loans are short term. Plus they report to the Credit Bureau's and that is a big help. I was able to finance a brand new vehicle 2 years later and traded in my vehicle that I had with them. Never had an issue with my Jeep Commander and when I had to change my payment date because of my new job and new payroll they worked with me. I will always be grateful for the help and customer service that Patrick gave us from the beginning.
