Credit Union West N Litchfield Rd, Surprise

I want to give Jesus Solorio the credit he deserves. It's the small actions one does that really make a difference. Jesus helped me and my family out of a financial bind by being courteous and attentive and by speeding up what would have been a week long process. That one week of early relief meant me being able to sleep at night and less stress at home. Thanks a million Jesus, and thank you CU West for acquiring such an exceptional team member.

I was looking for a place to open a personal bank account, i did a Google search an this place pops up, so I take a look at the reviews, well there is plenty negative customer service comments, well I took the chance and showed up here at 4:20pm...sign in an few minutes later, a lady comes out to tell me they can't help me but are willing to set an appointment for another day....guess I now know why there is negative customer service comments, there not willing to help customers. There are still open another 40mins.

It was great, the staff was very prompt in getting me help. Jesus especially was very helpful and fun to chat to. He'd patiently explained everything I didn't understand (I know nothing, my goodness), and gave explanations his recommendations. Overall, left having great conversation along with a new reliable banking

We stopped in to do some banking. Kaidie greeted us warmly and proceeded in getting to work answering questions and making beneficial suggestions. Her pleasant demeanor, knowledge and attention to detail are an asset to Credit Union West and it's members. We certainly appreciate her expertise.

I love this branch. I was so nervous in getting my credit reconciled and embarrassed and Wendy Adams the Branch manager was absoulty amazing. She assured me we were going to do our best to fix my biggest stressor and get out of debt. I absoulty highly recomend you going to this branch and requesting an appointment with this Employee.

The CUW team at the Surprise location are extremely helpful and efficient. I highly recommended CUW.

The staff has always been friendly, though not always the most experienced. in the times I have dealt with management, they do not care about their customers. They have high fees and is unlike many credit unions in that are not advocates for their customers. I have been with the credit union for over seven years because of their shared branch checking, but it was not enough to keep my business. I have had numerous issues over the years and I would not go back. The sad thing is they are no different from a bank and other banks have lower fees.
