This place is GREAT! they gave me a better deal than most pawn shops around for my grandparents wedding rings. I shopped around for a while to see where I could get the best deal for pawning it cause I want to get it back eventually. & KYLE was the best, he really helped me out and was super considerate with me, due to the fact it was hard enough for me to even let go of the rings. So, THANK YOU GUYS! I appreciate these people more than they know!

Always friendly guys and gals up there. Fair pricing on loans and accurate market pricing on gold, diamonds and jewelry. Solid selection of bikes, computers, tablets, jewelry and AV/music gear. Clean building and respectful to everyone, even when they are unable to issue a loan or buy an item. One of the best pawn shops, staff wise in San Diego. Kudos!

I had been pretty loyal to a couple of other pawn shops in the area. Decided to stop by pawn plus while in the area and was superrrrr impressed with the excellent customer service, reasonable pawn loans, and the level of care taken when handling peoples’ fragile & sentimental belongings. I left with a sense of security that my items were well taken care of and I specifically thank Ernesto and Harris whom work there full-time. If you ever need a quick loan and desire to get your items out…. Then I suggest you stick with the pawn shop that won’t intend on keeping your items at a high payback rate! 🙈 stick to pawn plus… they are fair, friendly, and honest:)

Every time I come here the staff is so friendly and helpful! Especially Harris, he’s very understanding, funny, and he really tries his best to assist you. The team is amazing and fast, they take really good care of of my very expensive camera every time I need to bring it in . The interest is reasonable. They have a sister store closer to my home however, I feel like I have a personal relationship with the team 5 stars great job!

Great shop...Great experience. Staff knows me now. I come in a couple of times a month to check on their instruments and movies, which are constantly updating and changing. Just bought a 32 inch flat screen and was made aware of the flaws...(No stand or remote)...and was able to negotiate quietly in the store. I highly recommend people give this place a shot.
