The manager was very rude and acted entitled to treat me with disregard and lack respect. I would not recommend services from this establishment. I will be making a formal report and plan to have the district manager audited.

I have visited this store for 3 years and the service always the same friendly staff and fast service.

This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Great conversation professional all the way through the whole process and very good-looking employees. I give them a A+ having a ethnic manager not that it matters but it's good to see. Audena Hunter was a great help in particular. Her service was fast and efficient. I will definitely be referring people here and I'm very happy I came.

I like this company, it was my first time there a few nights ago but the ladies that were there were very professional very kind and helpful.

I was in a financial bind and Speedy Cash was so helpful, kind and efficient. In particular Simon is was amazing, professional and patient. The store manager Auddna was amazing as well. If I could give 10 stars I would have.

I haven't had any problems when it come's to Speedy Cash on El Cajon Blvd, in San Diego CA. The girls are really friendly. No complaints!!! And Estephanie was really nice and she explain everything to me clearly and precise.

I have been doing business with speedy cash for over a year and a half. For the most part everyone their is really good to work with . They always have a smile on their face, once in a great while you will get someone in there that's kinda boarder line , but you know they never seem to stick around. My advice to you is stay the course everything works out in the end. It's a good place to go business.

Went into speedy cash a couple of weeks ago and while in the middle of the transaction the teller answered the phone without excusing herself, I'm which I felt was very unprofessional. She did not attempt to inform the customer on the phone that she had a customer and ask the customer could she place him/her on hold until she completed her transaction with me, when the teller realized that I was becoming a little irritated she began to roll her eyes up in her head as she continued to answer the customer over the phone questions in which again I felt was very unprofessional, after she hung up the phone with the customer she shook her head. She did apologize for the wait however I should have not had to wait being that we was in the middle of a transaction, moving forward I myself work for a financial institution and if I'm in the middle of a transaction and the phone rings, I will first excuse myself with my customer and inform him/her why I'm excusing myself, I will then answer the phone and inform the customer over the phone that I have a customer and ask could I place him/her on a brief hold and I will be back to answer any questions him/her have. What I experienced was not good customer service at all, I also noticed that the teller next to her was leaning on the counter while conducting a transaction with her customer. At that point I was very ready to go being that I began to become extremely irritated and thought to myself ( they just hire anybody to come and work for their company) I was very disappointed.

Excellent customer service. The Associate was a new and young lady who really did a good job explaining everything to me. She was very confident in her skills. Her Attire was very neat and professional looking too. I only knew that she was new because I’ve used Speedy Cash quite a bit so I recognize most of the faces that work there. I ask her if she was new but I forgot her name. Never had a negative experience with Speedy Cash. They will help you out when you need a loan. Just make sure you do the right thing by paying them back on time that’s all.

I walked in and didn't notice the application forms but the Manager was quick to just hand me one to fill out while I waited. Simon helped me out immediately and was very helpful and respectful. He was quick and very good at his job, also very well spoken. I'm glad I came into Speedy Cash today. It was nothing less than a 5 star experience

Had an awesome experience Simon was very cool and has a great personality. He was fast while explaining every step of the process. It was my first time doing business with Speedy cash I look forward to working with Simon in the future. Because of him I've already told 10 ppl about my experience. The staff here at Speedy Cash are very helpful and friendly. I personally had a loan due today with only 30 min left before deadline, I called them up and told them that I needed more time to pay back the loan. So they were willing to work with me and set me up an installment pay plan. Bottom line, I was given two extra weeks to pay it back! I am so thankful that they gave me more time to pay back my loan! I had an emergency and needed cash right away. Speedy Cash helped me get a Payday advance easily and very quickly. The staff at the El Cajon Blvd location is very friendly and efficient. Especially Melinda. She gets me in & out & helps with whatever questions I have! I highly recommend this place!
