    I went in to the Burnsville location and was looking at the PS5s, I saw some marked at $875 used. I made a comment stating, “I thought only scalpers marked them this high. SERGIO clapped back and stated, “Its supply and demand, you must not know how business works” Well just so happens I run a business and customer service is #1 Period! Insulting your guests intelligence is losing you business, that’s basic. See I didn’t say customers, because with that attitude I’d guess he has none. Kudos to him for moppin the floor though, seems he’s good for something. I will not shop at any Pawn America after this experience. Save yourself a trip and go elsewhere.

    Super glad they waited two months to send a letter out informing me that their data was breached by ransomware and that my personal info including SSN, home address, email, and drivers license number could’ve all been stolen. Always good to wait several weeks before informing someone of such important info!
